This is a scary world to live in as a female as it is especially when you go into a shop that's nothing but men, and they just refuse to listen to you. I arrived shortly after opening and told them I needed my front tire replaced and my back tires checked because I had to get to the vet. All they heard was check tires. I waited for over an hour and a half, and they even came back to speak with me twice. Each time they came they told me they didn't see anything wrong with the tires so they just filled up with air. I told them no, my front tire needs replaced, he even asked which one it was that needed replaced!!!!! It already has two plugs in it and I am traveling from Tifton ga to Jacksonville fl, and I need to ensure my safety. They came back again and said they're checking a 2nd time and dunking the tire to see if any air is leaking, even though I told them I had to stop 3 times within just one hour of driving and every time I stop you can see the psi go down, that didn't matter, they told me they didn't see anything and was sending me on my way. Whenni called corporate to complain, they tried to say it was a miscommunication. The first time, okay but the 2nd and 3rd time I told them, was no miscommunication as I specifically told them I had to stop for air, I told them I didn't have any more time to wait because I needed to get my dog to the vet, and I guess they got pissed and decided to over fill my tire and now I am currently sitting on the side of the road right outside of Waycross now with a busted tire, when they could have just listened that it needed to be replaced. Why would you overfill someone's tire like that? Shame on this business.

We had a valve stem pop off and the guys at mavis were very polite. They fixed our valve stem and said it was on the house. They were awesome!! Thanks mavis!!

Very professional service. I went in for a F250 front brake service quote for pads, rotors, and calibers. They were very helpful and quoted a fair price! They were pretty much in line with other quotes from around town but, I chose Mavis for their customer service and reputation.
