  So-so. Couple of things. 1. They still go by the antiquated notion of 3 months or 3000 miles even with synthetic oil. 2. They still tell you dark oil means it HAS to be changed. 3. Bought an air filter and installed it 2 months ago (about 1500 miles). They still insisted it needed replacement.

  The technicians at American LubeFast are absolutely fantastic. They are very professional and understanding. The oil changes and maintenance are quick and they actually do everything they say they are going to do. This is the only place I go to get my oil changed.

  Tyrone did an amazing job. As a woman, sometimes it's hard to take my car in for service because I don't really know anything about vehicles and don't want to be taken advantage of. He was professional and let me know what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. He and his crew worked fast and got me out rather quickly. I was pleased with the service I received today. Please stop by if you need an oil change.

  They are so great and kind, always! So quick, thorough and efficient…they tell me exactly what they are doing & don’t treat me like a dumb girl when I ask questions, unlike places I’ve been to in town. Boss man is very knowledgeable and gave me great information in general about my car. Also, gave me a heads up on things that I should do in the upcoming months & as my car ages. P.S. They are recognized by Ford to service Ford vehicles without voiding the warranty as long as documentation/records are kept stating you did keep up with getting it serviced but didn’t get services done at a Ford auto shop—per Ford Customer Service rep I spoke to when this was brought to my attention.

  From the moment I got out of my car, they greeted me at the door and held the door open for me, brought me inside, asked details about my last oil changes, showed me multiple options of services they offer without trying to sway me to a more expensive package or pressure me at all. They showed me my filters and all of my parts as they removed them, and unfortunately noticed the condition of my car was a bit worse than expected. This wasn’t a case of your classic “mechanic takes advantage of unsuspecting young woman.” He compared parts for me as to what they should look like and explained why it’s important to maintain these small working parts for the overall health of the car. As he was filling out the paperwork for my transaction on the computer, he had the screen facing me and I could see every item and the cost of those items as he was selecting them. He walked me through step by step and piece by piece of what he was doing to my car and why it was important. When it came time to pay and the total was more than initially expected after they found the extensive damage, he searched multiple places and ways to lower my cost and applied a discount for me and it changed my total in a pretty significant way. Even with the unexpected extra parts and labor, it was still very affordable and reassuring to know that I can bring my car for care when needed without breaking the bank. The whole team was nothing short of respectful, knowledgeable, compassionate, honest, and extremely caring, from beginning to end. I will never go anywhere else for an oil change, or any other services they offer for that matter. I cannot recommend them enough.
