  I can't express my appreciation more for this Tire Discounters on July 2, 2026. My car had a loud clang noise on the highway and immediately I drove off the ramp and found this store right in front of me. Mr. Kaylee Brown was the person received me. He patiently and nicely explained the problem, showing my car had 4 lug nuts loose except for 1 on my front left tire, which was serviced by another tire store. Besides the parts were replaced so that I could hit the road safely to Georgia, Kaylee also taught me how to ask for the reimbursement of this repair from the previous store. As a foreigner, I had no experience doing that, but Kaylee gave me a big help in doing so. I really recommend this responsible and helpful store!

  I was passing through town on a road trip Wednesday when Istarted hearing a loud vibrating noise and my tire pressure light came on. I knew nothing about the area so I didn't know where to go. Tire Discounters was my closest option and luckily they were still open. When I arrived I was greeted by a male and female employee behind the counter, both were so friendly. They took my car back right away while my 2 children and I waited. The male employee brought my tire to me a few moments later to show me the screw in my tire, luckily he was able to patch it. He brought me my trophy (sheet metal screw) moments later. I was back on the road within 25 minutes of arriving. These employees took what couldve been a really negative experience and turned it into a very positive interaction. I'm so thankful for choosing Tire Discounters that day and would highly recommended them to anyone in the area.

  We’ve been using Tire Discounters in Watkinsville for a couple of years now, and they continue to provide great service every time. The staff is always friendly, professional, and keeps us informed throughout the process. Pricing has always felt fair, and we’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary services. Today, my car ended up needing new brakes, and I really appreciated that they called and talked everything over with my husband before moving forward with the repairs. They explained what was needed clearly and made us feel comfortable with the decision. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this location has definitely earned our continued business!
