  I got an oil change here for the first time and did not have a good experience. Staff was rude and I even overheard one of the workers say “one day I will wipe the oil and they will still say thank you” after she showed me the oil stick. Very unprofessional.

  Very rude! As soon as I pulled up the girl greeted me by sighing and rolling her eyes and asked if I was there for an oil change and I said yes. She then told her colleagues that they better make it quick because she was ready to leave. I told her that’s ok I’ll just be back another time and rudely said well you’re here now so just get it done. I will not be back and after talking to other people I heard they changed management and ever since the change it has been trash.

  Travis, Anya, and Ivey performed the services on my car today. They were excellent! They were professional, friendly, and timely in completing everything that needed to be done. Travis was a great leader and manager with Ivey and Anya, also. He was teaching and guiding them as they completed the service and started services on clients entering the shop. It was a very positive experience. I will return again in the future and recommend this location to others.

  Travis was exceptional! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient throughout our entire oil change. It was incredibly hot outside today, and despite the heat, he worked so hard and made sure everything was taken care of properly. What really stood out was the level of customer service he provided. He was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s not often you come across this kind of service anymore, and it was very much appreciated. Thank you, Travis, for taking such great care of us today! We will absolutely be repeat customers and highly recommend this location!

  Colt and his team are amazing; I've been here three times in total. The first visit was for my 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I originally went in just for an oil change and was initially put off when Jesse offered all these "extra" services that cost way more than an oil change. But as we went along, Jesse explained all the services to me and what they were for. Then, after everything was said and done, they'll give you a recommended services sheet that is recommended by the manufacturer (not by the shop, except for one service). Before leaving the shop, Colt informed me they couldn't do a certain service due to not having the right fluid, but he would call me once it came in (we will come back to that part later). So I went home to do research because at the end of the day I felt scammed, and behold, Honda did recommend these services to be done at a certain mileage. My second visit was with my wife's 2020 Subaru Forester, and surprisingly, her recommended maintenance was very light compared to my truck. Later, I talked to Colt, and he said, "Unlike your truck, this major maintenance isn't until around 100k miles." They did an oil change and the recommended service for her mileage, and Colt even reminded me about the special order for my truck, saying, "I'll call you as soon as it gets in." Colt even looked over my wife car and pointed out any issues he noticed and made sure to fix them if they were in his capability. Never have I had this type of service at an oil change place My recent and third visit was for my 2023 Honda Ridgeline for that special order. Colt had one of his techs call me and leave a message as soon as it came in. He was actually kind of surprised at how fast I came to have it done, lol. But as soon as I came in, he knew exactly what I wanted, and he made sure his techs were well informed about what I was there for and to make sure they were trained before attempting the service. Overall, I'm very pleased with Colt and his team. Yes, if you don't understand what's being offered and its importance, you can feel like you're being scammed. For me, as I said, once I realized they were going off the manufacturer's recommendation, I felt more comfortable about the whole situation. I would definitely recommend and will be back. For others reading the lower reviews, coming out of previous management experience, the majority of reviews are usually from people who want a quality offer at a cheaper price or just don't understand what is being offered and its importance, like I did. For the service I received, it doesn't matter to me how long I have to wait. Colt and his team made sure everything was right before leaving the shop.
