  The service people were polite and very knowledgeable. I did not have to wait and they had it all done right away. They were efficient and they explained everything they were doing and showed me the air filter to see how dirty it was and let me make that decision. They were very good and I was so pleased with the visit I’ve been telling everybody I know.

  We went to this shop on a Friday afternoon. We had never used them before yesterday. They both did a fantastic job. We had just visited a tire store up the road that we always use asking for them to put our tires at 35. The woman manager did the air check and they were on 32 she filled the tires. Everything they did we watched how thorough they were. We will use them again and they need a bonus. We are very impressed with the set up and the employees running the shop.

  Never again. My son tried this service earlier in the week. They had used the wrong oil filter in his vehicle and the oil gushed back out. They made it right and gave him a $25 off coupon. I took that coupon, went in yesterday (May 14) for my oil change. They told me I needed a new battery. I have a new battery. They told me I needed a tire rotation. I had just bought new tires. They mentioned a serpentine belt. PUHLEEZE! Never again. And, they took my glove compartment out to check my "cabin air filter". It was not in my glove compartment. He pulled my glove compartment completely off and then struggled for 20 minutes to make the compartment go back into place. I repeat. Never again.

  Heather and Asha are TOP NOTCH. They have GREAT and I mean GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They go over everything about your car and make sure that you understand what is going on with it. This was my first visit here and I will definitely be coming back as well as referring friends and others. Loved it!!!

  Excellent service at Valvoline! They changed the oil and filter on my Kia very quickly and at a super affordable price. They also gave me a coupon, which was a great bonus. Heather, the manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. It’s so nice to find people who truly care about their customers and provide such friendly service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location. Thank you, Heather, for making everything so easy and fast!
