  Only there for an oil change and tire rotation as I was in town visiting. Was in and out fairly quickly for not having an appointment. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Gave me a military discount as I was wearing a retired US Army patch on my hat and I did 20 years.

  I just purchased a 26 Camry. I met my easy going sales associate after my guy went on vacation. She did a complete walk around before and after delivery. During the process I met the general manager who eased my nerves. Alexya came back with different options for my unique situation and explained them. Once I made my choice I signed with financing who wasn't pushy . This was an amazing experience its insane bc i came to lowe Toyota uneasy with a prior repo and less then average credit but good income. Ill say 45 min of me finding documents I was out with a pretty Camry Aleya pulled for me . Everything just Everything went right. I was a carmax customer but never again im in love with this million mile warranty. Can't touch Lowe Toyota. Huggss Thank you everyone what a beast of a team!! 10 out of 10 I recommend 👌

  We were highly satisfied with the service we received recently at Lowe Toyota. We had a fuel pump go out on my son's car while traveling from Orlando home to Kentucky. We were on a tight schedule due to his commitments. We were able to rent a car from them to travel back to Kentucky. Everyone that we interacted with was professional, courteous, and kind. They kept us updated by phone and text on the replacement part arrival and the service of the car. We returned a week later to return the rental and pick up the repaired car, driving home with no issues. Thank you Emily, service manager, and Gina, assistant service manager, as well as Hannah and Flower with the rental department. The service experience was 5-star. Thanks for everything!

  Always take my Tundra here for service. Theyre well priced, fast and do a great job. Just traded in a car and bought new with them, they were helpful, understanding and willing to work to make the deal happen. No pressure sales. Jessie, Zy, and Tyler made the experience much better than most other carbuying I have done. Thanks guys!

  After more than 40 years of owning Ford vehicles, I made the switch to Toyota. I currently own a 2026 Toyota Tundra with just 5,000 miles, which I purchased out of state to take advantage of a better deal. For the past two weeks, I’ve been working with Toyota support over the phone trying to get my Toyota dash cam properly set up. At their recommendation, I took a day off work and brought the truck to my local Toyota dealership. I spent four hours there, only to leave without the issue resolved—none of the technicians were able to properly set up the dash cam, despite it being a Toyota product. To add to the frustration, I was charged $130 for a new SD card. I do want to give credit to my service advisor, Ben, who made a genuine effort to help, but as he mentioned, he is not a technician. At this point, my next step is to contact Toyota support again in hopes of finally getting this resolved.
