  Service was timely and professional. My only concern is you have to “hunt down” your vehicle when you pick it up. Those like me who have a disabled tag on their car aren’t able to walk back and forth to find their vehicle. Cars should be brought to the customer. I wasn’t the only woman looking for her car. Customer service in this area needs to be addressed.

  Great experience! Robert was very kind and helpful when purchasing my (new) used car. Knowing I had over an hour drive, he sent me detailed videos and pictures of the van I was interested in. He had great communication, even on his day off. I also was able to speak with one of the sales general managers, Mike. He was incredibly helpful as well and went out of his way to make my purchasing experience smooth. Knowing I was traveling with two very young children, they already had begun paper work for me by the time I arrived, so that I wouldn’t be late getting back on the road. I’m very happy with my experience and the individuals that worked with me.

  Our experience with Corey was flawless. We weren’t sold to but listened to. Had all the paperwork ready and despite being very busy late on a Monday evening had us in and out in less than an hour. Would highly recommend. We bypassed 3 Toyota dealers in our Southside of Atlanta area to do business 1.5 hours away because of the outstanding service. Thanks Corey!

  I will start with the positive. The finance guy was great. He was super friendly and helpful. Susan was great until it was time to negotiate and then she became belittling. It was like a light switch went off. Yes, the car I was trading in was high in miles and had some wear but trying to make someone feel bad about what they had isn't the way. There were a few other comments that need not be mentioned here but, once the negotiations were agreed upon it was like her switch was flipped and she was nice to deal with again. Hopefully it was just a moment where the math was as long as the hours of the day. Overall the experience with Lowe Toyota resulted in everyone getting what they wanted and we would be proud to do business with the finance manager again.

  First they wouldn’t work with me when I was buying a truck. Then they wouldn’t match anyone else’s price. Finally after I bought the truck elsewhere I gave them a shot for service. At every turn they have insisted they do not want my business, when every surrounding Toyota dealership does. Worth driving to Dublin/Macon/Milledgeville over these guys.
