  This is the best experience with auto care I ever have had!!! And I am not young 🤣! The price was very reasonable, I got right in, and they vacuumed my passenger side floor board after changing my a/c filter!!! Both technicians were very polite & answered my questions. I will definitely be back!!!!!! Maybe next time with a Georgia Bulldog tag(ha ha) but doubtful 😂

  This was my very first time here and let me just say the service was top tier! Definitely a 10/10 recommend! Everything was explained clearly and was educated on the services that I was being provided. Excellent excellent service and professionalism!

  I had a good experience at Grease monkey today kudos to Marcus Xavies and Draven they went overboard to explain everything what I needed to have to make sure that I was comfortable with everything that was going to be done and if I didn't want it to be done they didn't do it and I appreciate the great work ethic most of all the great customer service to make sure they keep their customers coming back as well as making their customers happy 🤗🤗

  I’m glad to say that I’m now a previous Walmart oil change customer. I went to GM for an overdue oil change and left with a new filter for both the air and cabin that I didn’t know I needed. Those guys took care of my car in no more than 15 minutes and not once did they make me feel bad about my poor car maintenance schedule lol. I won’t be hesitating to go back for my next service!

  Need a fast, reliable oil change, knowledgeable techs, and a comfortable, CLEAN waiting area (complete with freshly cleaned bathroom)? Grease Monkey #1415 - Warner Robins, GA took care of my Jeep in less than 20 minutes this morning. Marcus knows his stuff, pulled up specs so he could cross check for accuracy, and even took the time to visually verify the dipstick level with me before sending me on my way. (This was my daughter’s experience at a “bargain competitor” nearby when they shortchanged her by a quart last week, even after my son had told them what size oil pan her car had). But back to the quality service I experienced at Grease Monkey. I appreciate that Marcus didn’t try to upsell me, either. He reviewed the general service recommendations for my vehicle but also mentioned where he’d be comfortable delaying one service until next visit based on my driving habits and the results of his inspection of the vehicle’s systems as a whole. We’re so pleased with the service Grease Monkey offers and will definitely be back.
