  I had an awesome experience. I was seen within 3 minutes and was greeted as soon as I pulled up. Kareem was our mechanic. He was super nice, communicated throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable. Kareem offered me water during the 10 minutes I was there.My girls gave them 5 stars also because they were given complimentary Popsicles. I will be back as I love quick and professional service.

  I had a great experience getting an oil change at express it was quick and convenient. From start to finish there were no issues, the quality of the customer service was astounding. Kareem is an excellent mechanic very knowledgeable and pleasant. I couldn’t recommend This place more if you need something that’s cheap and has great quality this is the place to be 10/10 experience!!!!!!

  I got my oil changed here and the service here is truly exceptional. Shannon was very friendly very knowledgeable and he took great care of my oil change needs. I didn’t have a physical coupon on me, but he still offered one anyway. I was offered water by Kareem during my wait, and both of these men were just very friendly. Quick and easy experience, and I will definitely be back.

  Sent my wife here in good faith that a good job would have been done and just to get her oil changed and the whole time they tried upselling her parts and accessories that were nowhere near needed "cause women don't know much" and on top of it they hit her with every unnecessary fee along the way. She had a 26$ coupon she received from thier company and they didn't honor and use it either. DONT SEND YOUR WOMEN HERE IF THEY ARE NOT KNOWLEGABLE IN THER VEHICLE. they will take adavantage
