I’ve been using express for my oil changes for a few years. I always have a good experience, however this specific location is amazing. The guys here are super sweet and actually care about you and your vehicle. Oliver helped me out today as well as the manager but I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Both guys were amazing! If you need any service on your vehicle done I highly recommend coming to this location! They offer oil changes as well as new tires, rotations, and alignments! i’m sure they offer other things as well.

I recently had the oil changed in my work van and was very impressed with the service I received. I dont usually use “quick service” places because it makes me nervous but yesterday I had to because of time. Nate was awesome. He was attentive and professional. Everything was explained to me and the team did a great job communicating with each other and hearing them cross-check each other was reassuring to me. When I saw Nate put a new o-ring on my filter cap I knew the service was going to be done correctly. It was also reassuring to watch Nate pour the new oil out of a Valvoline box so I knew exactly what was going in my van. At the end of the service Nate showed me my dipstick so I could verify that my oil was at the correct level. 10/10, will use the service again.

Best place around and I have tried several. Every time I go I am greeted in a friendly manner and any questions I ask are answered in detail. I appreciate them taking the time to explain things and not just rushing to tell me I need things just to make a dollar like some of the other places I have been to. Will not take my car anywhere else.

I have to say everyone here is so nice. I was having such a bad day and then my truck was leaking coolant. Shannon and the team got it fixed for me. They even gave me a popsicle and a bottle of water while I waited. I have always used other Express shops for my oil changes. Every store that I have been at have had GREAT service. This one just went above and beyond today to help me out. I will never forget their kindness.

Robert at Express Oil Change provided excellent service! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He was especially patient and understanding with a new teen driver, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making them feel comfortable throughout the process. We really appreciated his kindness, patience, and great customer service. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Robert!
