  In and out in less than 30 minutes! From the moment I pulled in, the manager greeted me and was very helpful. They pulled my car right in, and the mechanic, Chris, was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience. 10/10—I highly recommend them!

  Ive been using Express Oil Change for 15 plus years, multiple vehicles. One of the many reasons I continue to use them is because of the outstanding service I always receive from their technicians. Today was no different. Jae thanks for your help and chatting with me while getting work done on my vehicle. Made my day!

  For some reason, my steering column kept locking up, but after I brought my car to the shop, Josh fixed the issue and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. I haven’t had any problems with it since. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. I definitely trust him and would recommend him to anyone who needs their car worked on.

  I’ve taken my 2005 Nissan Titan truck to the Express garage on Russell Parkway for servicing and repair for approximately nine years, and although I didn’t always agree with the pricing, I could always depend on the mechanics doing an impeccable job. I contribute my truck’s longevity to their expertise and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. For example, after work one day I stopped by to get a quote on replacing my headlights or change out the bulbs, Chase and couple of his associates changed out the bulbs I had purchased from O’Reilly’s at no charge. I know I could have done it myself, but I wasn’t up for the task. The way they take care of their customers, and those small gestures, and their professionalism is what keeps me going back. I hope I don’t jinx myself for writing this, but if you haven’t used their service before I say give’em a try. I bet you won’t be disappointed!

  I wanted to take the time to write a review about Jae. While I was at Express, Jae was the most polite, upbeat, and charismatic person I have ever encountered in Warner Robins. She went so above and beyond to make something as simple as an oil change so pleasant that it left a lasting impression on me. It’s something we all have to do, just like all the other errands and mundane responsibilities that keep us busy from day to day. But how often do you feel like your day is brighter after those tasks are complete? That’s how I feel now. I think she is a very special person, and what I think is at the heart of it is she was genuine in her kindness. It wasn’t an act or a mask that society often mandates we must wear when we work public facing jobs. She is simply sweet and compassionate at her core. I ended up talking to her after all my work was complete just because of how pleasant she was. I wanted to call this out because times are hard right now, and so often we have unpleasant experiences because the workers we interface with are hurting too, and they let you feel that. But not Jae. I seriously respect that and it deserves to be acknowledged. If you find that you need to have service done on your car, ask for Jae. She deserves your custom. Her manager Josh was also wonderful. He brought me a water, unasked for by me, because it was hot and he wanted me to be comfortable. Random acts of kindness is what makes this all bearable, and those acts should never go uncelebrated.
