  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Express Oil Change, and I especially want to recognize Jordan for her amazing customer service! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to help get the A/C working properly in my 2013 Acura RDX. 🙌🏼❄️ Everyone at this location was so kind and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to come across a team that genuinely cares about their customers and takes the time to help. Thank you, Jordan, and the entire Express Oil Change team, for taking such great care of me and my vehicle! I truly appreciate you all and will definitely be back! ❤️👏🏼

  I’ve been visiting Express for years!! But Brandon and his staff in Warner Robins were outstanding! If you want quality work and quick service choose the Watson location!

  Valasha was amazing! She was very friendly, professional, and made the whole experience quick and easy. She provided great customer service and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish.   Came this morning 1st thing, was greeted with positive energy!! Xzsvies did an excellent job, they were fast and very helpful. I have a new car and had alot of questions. Brandon was a great help with all My questions. I will be back!!

  I came into this location highly upset thinking about a expensive repair but I was treated with honesty and truthful opinions and was advised that the dashboard warning I was seeing was related to needing a oil change. Valasha was my tech and she approached me with a very positive attitude and professionalism, to be honest I thought she was the manager with her knowledge. I will definitely revisit this location not just because it was affordable but because she made it that I would visit just because I know I will be treated fairly through her
