My insurance rented me a vehicle though Enterprise, the associates were great. The first vehicle had issues, they put me in a different the next day with no problems. Very friendly

I did not receive my $50 deposit back? I turned the vehicle in on or about 24 September 2026 and have not received any communication from Enterprise?

Good morning Branch Manager Larry, I have been renting at your 2212 Watson Blvd Warner Robins location for almost 2 yrs now and I rent several times a year. I have always been kind, friendly, cordial and quite appreciative of the courtesy rides to and from my home which is literally 6-7mins away from this particular location. Unfortunately, this week's arrangements fell thru the cracks. When I picked up my 3 day rental on Monday 9/21/26, I informed the agent (you can get his name from the rental agreement) that when I return my rental on Thursday 9/24/26, that I would need a ride back. He said OK. So of course I assumed it was done. However, this morning when I arrived at 8:15am to return my rental, I was told "sorry but we have no one to take you home. We are short staffed. The assistant manager is going home for the day and these rides are not our obligation, it's a courtesy. You can call a cab or Uber" WOW, it wasn't so much that there wasn't anyone available that disappointed me BUT the dismissive and cavalier attitude in which I was told. I was in shock. I said I don't understand because the arrangements were made with you and had someone informed me in advance, I could have made other arrangements for a free ride. All I needed was some notice, that's all, for preparedness I told them. It costs me $14.93 to get a 6min ride home via Uber. Money I wasn't prepared for. Had I known in advance I could have made other arrangements and budgeted the extra money as part of this trip. The cavalier attitude towards my situation was disturbing and honestly hurtful from your staff that I have always treated with the utmost respect and consideration. You have officially lost me as a customer.
