  The staff was super nice but the service wasn't. They called to confirm they would have a vehicle for me by 4 pm. I'm there on time and proceed to sit for an hour waiting with an infant for them to pull it around. They tell me it was taking longer to clean than planned. That was because the last renter hot boxed the car. They did not notify me but just sent me on my way. They did a decent job cleaning the vehicle but the smell of weed was still there. To add insult to injury I got charged a $50 late fee.

  Please don’t allow smoking in your cars. Otherwise, I would rent again. They do provide great customer service.

  The guys in the Warner Robin store are awesome. They made my experience worth while. They are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Kudos to the Warner Robins GA store located on Watson Blvd

  My wife’s car broke down and we needed a rental car. We went to enterprise on Watson Blvd and the staff was extremely nice. Unfortunately one of the tires on our rental had a defect so we brought it back, without hesitation we were placed in a new vehicle and upgraded. I appreciate good customer service and give them 5 stars.

  Everytime we have rented a vehicle here, they have not had the vehicle we reserved. Unlike all other places we have used during our travels, this is the only one that gives you one car, suv, etc to choose from. It's never what we reserved and we are told we can wait until layer in the day or the next day to see if something comes in, with no regard to people's travel plans, schedules, and when they have to be at their destination. This week we reserved a standard size SUV and today we received a mini. They reduced the price by only $15 total. The company should make sure what you reserved is there waiting for you to pick up. We didn't even have room for all our luggage. We will elevate this to upper management within the company and we will never rent from enterprise again.
