- HCHeavy CanaryAug 26, 20261.0Enterprise is cheap yea but the service is absolutely terrible and I can assure you I can never rent from here again. Here's why. These people watson blvd location, gave me a dirty car that was broken. It broke down on me on the side of the highway miles and miles away from home. With barely any options for a replacement or help to be unstranded. My experience over the years with this specific location has been absolutely terrible and I wont reconsider renting here again.

Lastly, I received a call two days before pickup and was asked if I’m flexible with my pickup and advised no, and no concerns were raised with my confirmed pick up. I arrived at my reservation time of 8:00 am and was advised no rental within my reservation were available. Long story short if you call to ask if I have flexibility with my pickup up that would have been the time to discuss concerns with my pickup not when I arrive. Finally a vehicle arrived that was acceptable but then needed an oil change. I waited an additional 3 hrs which prolonged my travel time interrupted my travel plans.
