    THIS PLACE IS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME!! GO TO ADVANCED AUTO PARTS!!! HAD TO VISIT TWO LOCATIONS 3 SEPARATE TIMES!!! MISLEADING INFORMATION CAUSED ME TO TAKE 3x40MINS TRIPS!!!! LOST A CUSTOMER!!! NEVER COMING TO ANY AUTOZONES EVER!!! ❌❌ I called ahead and ask if they had a funnel i was looking for in stock. Lady on the phone told me that they have on in fort valley. Lady and man on the phone both confirmed that i would have to drive to this location before 4pm to order from fort valley and have them ship it to warner robins. I drove 20mins to this location the same day. I actually had some time to spare since it was a busy day for me. I purchased it and they told me it should be at their location within a day. I waited one day after, no news. I waited two days after and still NO NEWS. So, i had to call them up about it and they told me they dont do that. How come i was given misleading information?? Why did do of the employees here confirm it could happen? I found another location within warner robins 1405, that had the part i needed. Now, i told them the issue over the phone and asked if i could pick up from there. Lady on the phone said i could not "it will ruin my inventory." 2501 They told me that i would have to come IN the store to request my refund. I went into the store and it took 30mins to get my refund. Lady that was helping me had errors and malfunctions each time she tried to process it!!! After that i had to visit the other store 1405, to get my part. I do not recommend this location or the other one down 1405. You're better off going to a completely different automotive store. For instance, i had no trouble at advanced auto parts on russell.
