    Let me just say ROWAN was absolutely knowledgeable caring and compassionate about his customers. I came in for a battery and he asked if I mind he checked it out first . He did and it was not battery. He could have sold me the battery for a sale but was honest and told me the problem, explained it to me, printed copies off and spent time to let me know what my options were. Go see Rowan if you want Honesty and respect. Thanks Rowan I will be back! Cyndi

    I came in to get a steering wheel cover and Rowan assisted on his own time to come out and help me put the steering wheel cover in. He was very professional And has some of the best management skills I have seen in a while. Autozone is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable person.

    Hello, I went here to buy another battery for my car. Buying the battery was not the problem as they had a few to chose from. The problem became when trying to exchange the battery which was not simply take the old battery out put the new battery in. My battery was screwed in which slot of wires and you had to undo all them to even get to the battery. I didn't know that so I have a new battery which no way to change it out. I was fortunate that the employees were able to jump my car so I could take to car to a mechanic to replace the battery since they had the equipment. It was just a really frustrating experience that boiled down to that car manufacturers do not want you to be able to fix your own car. That should have been an easy exchange but it was complicated for no reason other to get you to spend more money.

    They tested my cars battery then stated he wouldn't replace the battery for some reason. Went across the street to O'Reilly's and they replaced my battery

    Today at AutoZone 1405 Watson blv. Warner Robins,Ga .I had the best customer service experience I have ever had at a AutoZone. The manager at this Auto Zone made me realize that it still some good people out there that's willing to help. Thanks Gee, Dee and Monifa.
