  I had a great experience at AutoZone getting a new battery. JJ helped me and my wife, and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and made sure we had what we needed. He made the whole process easy and stress free. We really appreciate JJ’s great customer service and would definitely recommend this AutoZone!

  mr tremell, the store manager, was extremely helpful and sweet. he even defogged my sensor for me and gave me great tips as a first time driver. yall should def make sure yall come here !

  First thing the cashier told me was that I should go to walmart because it would be cheaper. She shouldn't work there if she's sending customers to competitors

  AutoZone used to be my go-to place for parts, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case. One of your employees, Joseph (“Rig”), has completely changed my opinion of the company because of the way he conducts himself outside of work. Whether someone is on or off the clock, employees are often seen as representatives of the businesses they work for. Professionalism and character matter, and in this case it has left me with a very negative impression of AutoZone. I hope management takes customer concerns like this seriously because one employee’s behavior can have a lasting impact on how people view the entire company. UPDATE: I followed up by sending an email to the address provided by the company, explaining the incident in detail. I was told that the appropriate department would contact me within “24–48 hours.” Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, despite reaching out multiple times for an update. At this point, I stand by my negative review. I hope AutoZone takes these concerns seriously and holds employees accountable for unprofessional behavior. Customers deserve better communication and professionalism from both individual employees and the company as a whole.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about the AutoZone on Watson! JJ and Tramell went above and beyond to help me today. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of—not just making a sale. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and gave me valuable insight that probably saved me from getting ripped off by a dishonest mechanic. Instead, they pointed me toward a trustworthy local shop that was a much better fit for my situation, and I am so grateful for their honesty. On top of that, they were absolutely wonderful with my daughter, treating both of us with so much kindness and respect. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. They were fast, professional, and made what started as a stressful day so much easier. JJ and Tramell are exactly the kind of employees every business hopes to have. If you’re looking for an AutoZone with exceptional customer service, honest advice, and people who truly care, this is the one. Thank you both for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience—you’ve earned a customer for life! Also Cecil’s auto is solid
