  I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone location on Watson Boulevard, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize two employees who went above and beyond to help us. My boyfriend’s car wouldn’t start, and I was pretty sure the battery was dead, so we came to AutoZone for help. I asked if we could borrow jumper cables, but they didn’t have any available at the time. Sincere kindly offered to follow us back to my boyfriend’s car, which was parked at the Galleria Mall. He met us there, quickly jumped the car using his equipment, and helped us get it started. Afterward, the three of us drove back to AutoZone, where we purchased a new battery. Sincere installed it for us in a timely manner and even offered to check the alternator and make sure everything else was working properly. Throughout the entire experience, he was extremely respectful, patient, and helpful. I also noticed how attentive he was to other customers. For example, he checked on a customer who was on a motorcycle to make sure he was okay. He absolutely did not have to go out of his way to help us the way he did, but his kindness and generosity turned what could have been a very stressful and awful night into an experience that my boyfriend and I will remember for a long time. I also want to recognize the kind woman working at the register. She was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She complimented my outfit and shoes, made sure I was taken care of, and even helped reassure me when I was unsure whether my payment had gone through. She was very positive and genuinely made me feel welcomed. I’m giving this location a five-star review because of the excellent customer service, communication, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you so much to Sincere and the wonderful cashier for making a stressful situation so much easier! You both are greatly appreciated.

  JJ was amazing...we stopped om for wipers and received a wealth of knowledge on our vehicle. He gave us very good advice on.car maintenance and showed us how to do several things.

  THIS PLACE IS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME!! HAD TO VISIT TWO LOCATIONS 3 SEPARATE TIMES!!! MISLEADING INFORMATION CAUSED ME TO TAKE 3x40MINS TRIPS!!!! LOST A CUSTOMER!!! NEVER COMING TO ANY AUTOZONES EVER!!! ❌❌ I called ahead and ask if they had a funnel i was looking for in stock. Lady on the phone told me that they have on in fort valley. Lady and man on the phone both confirmed that i would have to drive to this location before 4pm to order from fort valley and have them ship it to warner robins. I drove 20mins to this location the same day. I actually had some time to spare since it was a busy day for me. I purchased it and they told me it should be at their location within a day. I waited one day after, no news. I waited two days after and still NO NEWS. So, i had to call them up about it and they told me they dont do that. How come i was given misleading information?? Why did do of the employees here confirm it could happen? I found another location within warner robins 1405, that had the part i needed. Now, i told them the issue over the phone and asked if i could pick up from there. Lady on the phone said i could not "it will ruin my inventory." 2501 They told me that i would have to come IN the store to request my refund. I went into the store and it took 30mins to get my refund. Lady that was helping me had errors and malfunctions each time she tried to process it!!! After that i had to visit the other store 1405, to get my part. I do not recommend this location or the other one down 1405. You're better off going to a completely different automotive store. For instance, i had no trouble at advanced auto parts on russell.
