  I had a very disappointing experience at this Mavis Tires location. I came in a few days ago with a tire that was very low and close to being completely flat. This was the closest location that I felt comfortable driving to without having to pay for a tow. When I arrived, there were two employees at the counter. One employee told me, in what I felt was an aggravated and dismissive tone, that they would be with me in a minute, while the other employee was sitting there. I understand that businesses can get busy, but I never felt like they were interested in helping me. I was told that they did not have the tire size I needed. What was frustrating was that the employee never offered to order the tire for me or explained that ordering it was an option. I had to go online myself afterward and find the correct tire and the option to have it ordered. I understand that tire services can sometimes take longer than expected, but the combination of the poor communication, lack of assistance when I initially came in, and the excessive wait time made this experience extremely frustrating. I would **not recommend this location and will not be returning**. Unfortunately, I chose this location simply because it was the closest place I felt safe enough driving to on a nearly flat tire.

  Went because I had a leak in my tire. I got there when they opened (didn’t have an appointment) & they got me right in. The young man who checked me in, I didn’t get his name (African American) was very nice. Found a nail, patched it & I was out the door. I will be back for my tire replacements!!

  Mavis Tires on Mirror Lake Boulevard in Villa Rica, Georgia is the best!!!!! I woke up to a low tire so after putting air in it, I ran the grandkids to school and came back home. At that point, another tire went completely flat!! My son changed the tire for and I ran the car up to Mavis Tires in Villa Rica. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to work me in and got both my tires repaired. Not only did they work me in, but they didn’t charge me for repairing either tire!!!!! I didn’t think that kind of customer service existed anymore, but Mavis Tires proved me wrong!! And everybody there is super nice and very professional! I will definitely make sure to use Mavis Tires the next time I need a set of tires!!!!

  I had a horrible experience with this location and I will NEVER go back. I have a fairly new Mercedes Benz and my rear passenger tire had a nail in it. First, they took my tire off incorrectly (run flats), and told me I couldn't have my vehicle back because they weren't able to put my tire back on. I was told a new tire would be shipped to the store the next day. I called a ride home and didn't complain too much as the manager said he would give me a discount. The next morning, the manager calls and says they forgot to order the tire and I had to wait another day without my vehicle. The day after they give me my vehicle, and I get a 20% discount. I'm on my way. A couple of days later my check engine light come on and I get the codes read.... It's a wire shortage that was pinched. Can you guess where it happened? In the rear passenger tire well. The dealership says they are certain it happened when the tire was being changed. One nail in my tire cost me hundreds of additional dollars and time, unnecessarily. Never again will I patronize this company. I'm pissed.😡

  We take all of our vehicles to Mavis and have always had a great experience. Everyone is always nice and provides great customer service. They’re usually busy, but they’ve always managed to fit us in, whether we have an appointment or walk in. Their work is great, communication is good, and I trust them with our vehicles. We’ve been very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.
