  Y’all know y’all lying about this Customer Service lol it’s not horrible, but it’s not great. Anyways it is kind of diabolical to charge 40 bucks to patch a tire that you buy from here! I usually get my tires from discount tires and they pass them for free but since I live around the corner from Mavis, I thought I would try them but unfortunately it’s just not gonna work out.

  Absolutely the best tire shop I've ever been to. Fast service an a Saturday morning. They jumped on it. The alignment tech was very astute in expaining the settings. I was just out of it, needing breakfast, so I could not proceed. Very understanding professionals. Friendly calls about the shipment of the tires to this location. Ten stars!!!

  Was told on Saturday at drop-off that the store closed at 6:00, so I had to leave work an hour and a half early to get there by 5:30, which I didn’t mind doing at the time so I’d have a vehicle to use. When I was called later and told the car was ready for pickup, I reiterated that I’d be there at 5:30 and was told over the phone that was fine and they’d let a manager know. I found out when I got there at 5:30 that not only was the shop closed, but my vehicle was left unlocked in the open, public lot, and was still unlocked when I had to pick up my vehicle this morning. I was overall not impressed with the staff’s lack of knowledge of the store’s operations and zero concern about securing my car and belongings overnight.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I came in for an alignment and balance inspection, and the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the process quick and easy, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. I really appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable everyone was. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊🚗✨

  I am extremely disappointed with the service my husband received at the Mavis Tires location in Villa Rica, Georgia. The experience started with deceptive pricing. My husband called the 1-800 number and was quoted a discounted price for two tires. However, when he arrived for his scheduled appointment, the price suddenly increased. To make matters worse, the manager specifically told him that he would not be charged a tire disposal fee, yet when the invoice was presented, the disposal fee had mysteriously been added. Only after my husband pointed it out was the charge removed. The fact that it was added in the first place raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty. Customer service was subpar from beginning to end. My husband spent four hours waiting in an uncomfortable chair with absolutely no accommodations for customers—not even a bottle of water or a cup of coffee. During that time, he observed employees repeatedly attempting to upsell nearly every customer who walked through the door. Customers who came in for simple tire services were being pressured into additional purchases such as brakes, rotors, and alignments. The atmosphere felt less like customer service and more like a sales operation designed to maximize profits through fear and pressure tactics. Once the work was completed, no one reviewed the repairs with him or escorted him to the vehicle. He was simply left to locate his car on his own. Professional service should include explaining what was done and ensuring the customer is satisfied before sending them on their way. The upselling continued when employees attempted to convince us that two additional tires needed replacement. We own a 2023 BMW that is routinely serviced by the dealership and equipped with sophisticated monitoring systems that alert us when maintenance is actually needed. We have never been told by BMW that those tires required replacement. Likewise, we have never been advised that the vehicle needed an alignment. Yet Mavis pushed an alignment service, and my husband ultimately agreed to it despite having no indication that one was necessary. It felt like another attempt to generate revenue rather than provide honest recommendations. This experience left us feeling misled, pressured, and undervalued as customers. Between the bait-and-switch pricing, questionable invoice practices, aggressive upselling, poor communication, and lack of customer care, we will not be returning to this location and would strongly caution others to carefully review every charge and recommendation before agreeing to any service.
