  I reserved online last minute, and when I say last minute, I mean within the hour. They close at 6 PM. I arrived at 6:01, maybe even later. The door was locked for the day, but there were still some employees outside assisting other customers. They gladly opened the door for me and still helped me with such kindness that you usually just don't see. It was so nice, and I'm so thankful for that. My mother is in the hospital, so I couldn't have gotten to her without the help of the Villa Rica Enterprise staff. I forgot to mention I did the staff pick under the cheapest option available and it's the nicest car I've ever been in so it's safe to say it doesn't matter what vehicle you choose in sure it would be very nice.

  Abhorrent customer service all around and a very dirty branch. I arrived to pick up my car on time and was told my reservation was for a different time. I told Ashley (branch manager) several times that I had called ahead of time to clarify the time. She was extremely sarcastic and not willing to accommodate my reservation. Additionally, I have always left my car onsite while renting. Today, and out of the blue, I was told I could not leave my car. There was no notification ahead of time or online. Ashley smirked and would not even try to work with me. Because of this despicable customer service, I will be unable to make several important work appointments and will have to push my trip back a day. I will never rent from Enterprise again. Save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid this company all together.

  I've been a regular renter from enterprise for the past couple of years, renting anywhere from Mercedes to Nissans, never once had an issue with damages. I reserved a car for a trip I had planned to NY, I show up and there is one person working on a Saturday, nice guy but overwhelmed. I sat for a little bit and finally was helped. They didn't have the class car I had reserved, which in the past at different locations, they call you if they don't have what you reserved.....not this place. They offered two other options and one was going to be more expensive, we dont have your car but pay extra and you get this one. Nice customer service. They put me in this Dodge Durango and sent me on my way, now mind you this car was dripping wet and made it hard to see any damages it may or may not have. From the get go they said there was an issue with the tire pressure.....I should have know right then and there that it was going to be a problem vehicle. No offer to fix it just here ya go. Being on a time crunch I left in the vehicle. At some point in the 1,000 mile journey a trim piece had blown off the car, by the passenger window. As soon as I noticed I said something to enterprise so it was noted. Then came the engine light, on and off the ENTIRE trip. So now I'm being inconvenienced by having to stop and get it checked to make sure the rest of the car isn't about to fall apart. I take it back after the trip, show them where it had blown off, the guy said looks like a warranty issue and no fault of yours. Come to find out they charged me $300 because THEIR car was falling apart and it was NOTHING anyone or anything had done to it. I call Enterprise and end up getting connected to the customer service, they didnt know what had happened and put a request in for the Supervisor of this particular location to call me....fast forward a week and still nothing. No call, no text or no emails. Silence. So now Hertz has made a new customer. Don't rent from this shady location. Terrible Management. You had your shot to fix it or explain it...and missed. Hopefully your terrible business practices of ripping people off bode well for you, because customer service is not a strong suit of yours.
