We were extremely impressed with the service department at Paul Thigpen.
A few days ago, the body control module (BCM) went out in our truck. After troubleshooting the issue ourselves, we called several dealerships trying to locate the part. Unfortunately, most were not very helpful, and their prices were more than $200 higher than what Paul Thigpen offered.
When we called Paul Thigpen, Matt in the service department answered the phone. He was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. He even offered us the dealer discount on the part, which saved us a significant amount of money. Not only was the part priced fairly, but the labor cost to install it was also very reasonable.
When we arrived for our appointment, the entire service team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable, offered us drinks and even pizza, and clearly explained that the repair would take about two hours. Impressively, they finished right on schedule.
What stood out the most was how they treated us after the repair. Instead of immediately asking for payment, they encouraged us to take the truck for a drive first to make sure everything was working properly and that we were completely satisfied. Only after we confirmed everything was good did we return and settle the bill.
Throughout the entire experience, they treated us like family rather than just customers. It was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a service department. Based on the way they treated us, I can only imagine that their vehicle customers receive the same outstanding level of care.
If we ever purchase another vehicle, Paul Thigpen will be our first stop. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and customer-focused service.
