  Even with the outside temperature being close to 100 and all three wait lines being 3 deep, everyone was working together and the manager on duty kept calling out to all workers to stay hydrated, I was at the location for about 30 minutes, just in time for a wonderful cooling rainstorm to start and blow cooling winds into the working area and cool it down as well as everyone working. The work crew works very well together and looks out for each other. They had a slight laugh when the water bucket got kicked over but it was kind of comic relief during a stressful time and the one who kicked it over had been the one who sat the bucket down and first to laugh.

  this was my second visit with valvoline which is new to my town. great experience; very friendly and professional employees each time. i had my oil changed on two different occasions a few months apart on two different high mileage vehicles. first time was a grand opening 1/2 off special and this second time was another 1/2 special. both experiences were great. i will say that i will only have my oil changed on such days since high mileage oil changes using synthetic oil are priced higher. thank you!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The thing I liked most was that it truly was an instant oil change. I was able to stay in my car the entire time, and the whole process took no more than 20 minutes. As a first-time customer, I received several discounts, which I really appreciated. The customer service representative was excellent—very communicative throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, let me know what was needed from me, and kept me informed every step of the way. What impressed me the most was the level of technology and efficiency they use. The communication between the staff members was seamless, and the process was much more advanced than what I expected from a routine oil change. To be honest, I had just come from Walmart down the street after trying since Friday to schedule an oil change online. When I finally went in person and returned at the time they told me, I was informed they couldn’t perform the service because they didn’t have the oil filter for my vehicle. After feeling like I had been given the runaround, I needed to get my oil changed that day. Thankfully, Valvoline was less than half a mile away. I pulled in, was greeted immediately, and was in and out with no hassle. The team did an awesome job, and because of the excellent service, convenience, and professionalism, I plan to return for future oil changes. This will likely be my go-to place from now on.
