One of the best tire places I've visited. Upon my entrance, Tron treated me with the utmost respect. There were two gentlemen in the lobby at the desk, they made me absolutely welcomed to this location. Tron provided the advice which was needed to repair the nail in my tire, not to mention, some much-needed advice for my display indicator for the tire. Thanks guys.

Never in my life have I ever been so upset by a business. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.
I made a 4:00 pm appointment just to get a valve stem replaced because my tire is leaking while on an emergency drive to see my mom in the ICU on a Thursday afternoon, no holiday, no reason for anything to be busy. The excuse of an employee up front told me that my call went through a call center to get scheduled, but he was nowhere close to being able to look at my vehicle. He said that he told the lady at the call center, but WHY WOULD HE NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WATCHED SIT OUTSIDE IN HIS CAR FOR THE LAST HOUR AND A HALF AND SAY THAT HE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO OFFER SERVICE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. Now, there is no way I can make it to see my mom during visiting hours and I dont know if I will have the ability to try again and I will NEVER even think to do business here ever again for as long as I breathe.
UPDATE:
I called the customer solutions number given to me below and had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone. The rectification provided was a very awkward apology by a call center employee and a $15 voucher. Thanks Mavis. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

We had some friends visiting from Florida. They went to leave Sunday morning and found they had a flat tire. We took the tire to Mavis and they had them up and rolling very quickly!
