- RDRhiannon Dea6 days ago5.0I cannot RAVE enough about what an absolutely AMAZING experience I had at Mavis and the techs/ mechanics and everyone there!!! I had three new tires replaced, alignment, balance, and also needed window wipers. I am EXTREMELY cautious when taking my vehicle anywhere bc she is 20 years old, and I’ve had her from 35k to now 209k and I TAKE CARE OR HER!!! She is my baby! And I am just so grateful that they treated my car like it was their baby too!!!! I had a very bad experience at Firestone on inner perimeter the week prior with another vehicle and although corporate offered me a free service, bc of the the lack of care for my vehicle and lack of a test drive before I picked up my vehicle, which caused me to have to go back that day, the trust was already broken. So, I went cruising to read reviews for Mavis, and they were amazing and I even saw other mustangs that have been there, so I wanted to give them try. I am SO THANKFUL AND IMPRESSED!!!! I already have an appointment to go back for some more work on my Mustang next week!!! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Communication and service was by far the best I have experienced in a long time. With the military, I have been all over the country, and I will hands down say, this was the best experience I have ever had with my vehicle and getting her serviced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!💯💯💯

He talked me through each step and showed me what all was being worked on and what it looked like versus what it should. He was very patient with me on making decisions and everything went fast and in a timely manner. I will definitely be back with any car needs in the future!
