- LTLynn Trowsse5 days ago5.0Did a very thorough job, very polite and young girl who initially met me with info/sign in board was very sweet and accommodating. They also appreciate our service members and give a military discount. Will definitely use them as my future place for oil change and tire service. The only thing they didn't do was show me the oil dipstick when done servicing my car which most all places do so you know your oil change is completed. I own a 2016 Buick Enclave, oil change and new filter was a total of $103 before military discount. Total pd was $77 so very pleased♡

They did an amazing job and gave me 25% off coupon.Jiffy Lube will be my Oil Change place for Now On! Thank You Jiffy Lube!

They completed a walk around and checked my lights and battery strength. Completed everything professionally and with a friendly attitude. I WILL be going back and recommend you do to.

After 10 AM the bays were opened up and employees were ready, but no vehicles were being serviced yet, so I got out and asked an older guy in a blue shirt if I go inside and let them know what I need or what, he said “no sir, just go wait in your vehicle and the young lady with the tablet will come to you to get your information!” Waited until 10:08 and a car drives up off of Bemiss, pulls straight up the stall, cutting myself and another person waiting, and the same person I was waiting on runs out and starts helping him, getting his vehicle serviced first. I see now why they have to have employees stand on the sidewalk advertising for them, because that was a huge waste of 30 minutes of my morning trying to support a smaller local business.
