  Started work on my vehicle the day I brought it to the shop. I had not even had time to set up my rental, which by the way they took me to get the rental. Usually when you take a car to be repaired, they set up a time in the future. Work was beautifully done. Neighbors told me the truck looked new.

  I had an amazing experience here after my car accident. Ms. Cheryl made the process completely stress-free with her kind and professional attitude. Chris is an absolute pleasure to work with and his team did a flawless job on the vehicle itself—the paint match is perfect and it looks brand new. They kept me updated the entire time and finished right on schedule. I highly recommend this shop!

From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Robert was equally fantastic—knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and my vehicle looks as good as new. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience easy and hassle-free. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.   I do not normally leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so terrible that I felt I had to in hopes that I might save someone else my pain. Do not trust any of the good reviews this establishment has. I concur wholeheartedly with Brandi Phinazee and Jairo Valencia's reviews as my experience mirrored theirs almost exactly. I experienced the same lack of communication, dishonesty, and inaccurate updates as they did. Unlike them, however, my paint job looks like someone did it in their back yard with a rattle can after they had two tries at it and my cruise control no longer works, but was working fine when I dropped it off. I was screamed at by one of their employees, probably the same one Brandi refers to in her review as the "straight lie to you without a second thought" individual, because he was upset that I dinged him on a survey for his poor communication. When I alerted management to the bad encounter I had with this employee, management still allowed this employee to be the one to do the final walk around with me and my vehicle instead of scheduling a time to go over the truck with me themselves. Mind you, this is the repair of the repair inspection which should have warranted a manager anyways. I could write a book on the failings of Gerber management. I escalated my issues up the Gerber management chain and so far, no one other than the employee with an axe to grind against me (over a survey) has offered to go over my truck with me and look at the paint job themselves. They are all just going off the word of the hostile employee and circling wagons around him that everything is hunky dory with my paint job and that the defects they caused in the paint are now "not in the repair area." They are literally right in the repair area. Nor has anyone with Gerber apologized to me for this employee's behavior towards me. Their latest course of action is denial. They just don't have the integrity to own up to their mistakes. I guess this is what you should expect to get from employees of big companies who don't care if the company loses business. They just don't have any regard for customers or pride in their work. It's like going to a fast food chain. Do you want to risk sending your food back or do you just take what they give you? Either way, you're not going to be happy with what you pay for and they don't care. The only difference is, it's not a $10 product you are getting stuck with. Next time, I will be going with a locally owned business where the employees actually have a stake in the company and in their customer, because they own the business. I suggest you do the same friends.

  Rob and Chris were fantastic! My car door handles inside and out broke for my driver door and they did everything they could which included having to climb around the car to get the door open and fixed! Customer service here is wonderful! I also had my kids with me and they were all accommodating to my kids. Not to mention Odin being the favorite part there! 🤗 I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate all their hard work to help get my door fixed!
