  Zack was absolutely amazing today he broke down everything about my car and what services were due they even pointed out other work I had done that wasn’t done correctly I will be back with any mechanic issues I have in the future

  My first time coming to Express! They have an amazing hardworking staff, but I want send a special thank you to Mr. Blake! His customer service is outstanding! He is really a God-send! He provided all the information and assistance I needed with my Jeep! They changed my oil, car lights, and cleaned my windows all less than 10 minutes! Thanks again to Mr. Blake ☺️ I’m more than satisfied with my service ! I will definitely be back again!

  Robert was my service man for today’s visit. Not only was he helpful but he took good care of me and my car. I appreciate the fact that they are in front of my office for convenience and good customer service. I will return for my next visit.

  The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and everything is very professional—including the waiting area where you can stay while your car is being serviced. El servicio es excelente y el trato es cordial, profesional, también cuentan con servicio de mecánico y al hacer al cambio de aceite checa todos los detalles en tu carro y eso es una muy buena experiencia!

  I’ve been coming to Express Oil Change in Valdosta since not long after they opened, and after years of consistently great experiences, they absolutely deserve a five-star review. They’ve taken care of everything from routine maintenance and oil changes to repairing an oil leak and a power steering leak, and even fixing my air conditioning. No matter what I’ve brought my vehicle in for, I’ve always felt completely confident leaving it in their hands. Scott is the person I’ve worked with most often, and he has been fantastic every single visit. The same can be said for every member of the team I’ve interacted with. One of the things I appreciate most is their honesty. They have never tried to upsell me or convince me that I need something I don’t. If they recommend replacing or repairing something, it’s because it genuinely needs attention. That kind of trust is incredibly valuable when you’re looking for someone to take care of your vehicle. It’s also the little things that set this location apart. They’ve offered me water while I waited in my vehicle, always treated me with kindness and respect, and genuinely seem to care about both the customer and the vehicle they’re working on. You never feel like you’re just the next car in line. I’m moving to Greenville, SC, and I honestly wish I could pick this entire shop up and take them with me. Finding another place that I trust this much is going to be difficult. I’ll genuinely miss being able to bring my vehicle here. Scott and the entire team: thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle over the years. If you’re in Valdosta and looking for an honest, dependable place that actually cares about its customers, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
