    I reserved a car to take to New Orleans for the weekend on July 3rd. Although it was probably one of the busiest days of the year, and I didn't come prepared with all of the necessary information (forgot my proof of insurance and had to wait on my husband to text it to me) all of the staff there were extremely pleasant and professional even though they were clearly dealing with difficult customers both in the store and on the phone. The manager did an excellent job keeping everyone updated on the progress and Zack specifically was very helpful with getting me into the right car. They even had light refreshments available. Will definitely rent from here again. Thank you for great service!

    Devonte was OUTSTANDING! He deserves a raise! He handled so many situations with kindness and professionalism! It's not often one sees customer service like he was actively showing customers as I waited for our vehicle. It was a busy morning and he knocked out so problems with a GREAT ATTITUDE! Way to go! I would definitely rent from here again just to receive such great service with a smile!

    Thank you to everyone who helped me and my family very last min get back to Ohio on 7/2. Our car engine blew due to a recall and we were on vacation trying to get home. Our car had to be left to process the recall claim which is 5 weeks. We had 2 kids with us beyond stressed with no sleep. We had been trying everywhere with no luck. This place and everyone there was a blessing to us. Thank you.

    Great service. Kayla helped me to pick out my rental, answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Zach assisted me when i returned the rental. He was very helpful by fixing the charge to my balance after adding my husband as an additional driver. Service was fast even with a room full of people. Would definitely recommend and will rent again if needed.

    This is my third or fourth time renting and I’ve only had one good experience, unfortunately. This last time the truck given was filthy I mean disgustingly filthy, there was a dead bird in the fender too. After checking in I had to wait for them to remove the dead bird, an I asked about the cleanliness of the vehicle. I was offered a 5%discount which in all honesty is insulting for this filth, this reservation was scheduled at least a week before and it should have been clean and ready with the amount one pays to rent these vehicles. Nonetheless I had a commitment in South Florida and was trying to avoid the rain, we were already an hour late because of the bird issue. Take off and by that evening the light on the truck saying the right back signal light was out, it’s Memorial Day weekend, and of course I get pulled over for the light smh. Now I’m annoyed. No one’s in the office so I don’t even attempt to call. I try to enjoy the rest of our weekend and I end up trying to extend the rental for one more day. I’m an emerald customer so the offer was 15% off for 3 day or more rentals, I was extending for the 4th day but was charging me regular price so now I call the toll free number explain everything and I’m told management would call me. I’ve dealt with Chevy before, field manager, attitude was like he was doing me a favor when I’m the one inconvenienced. He tells me that it looks like I’m getting a great discount for the filth while I’ve already told him that the 15% was given as an emerald discount promotion that is not for the filth so you’re not doing me any favors to have clean vehicles to rent with working lights and such. Anyway he ends up granting half a day rental for the issue and we move on. I drop off next day, Keyshawna, the manager checks me in, instead of refunding my 300 dollar deposit she actually charges me another 300, smh. She tells me she made an error and refunded up 600 instead so I’ll adjust it I lol off saying more is never a problem take it back, I’m in the middle of moving out of state so my money is all accounted for rentals and First, last and deposits. Go home I see that she charges me the original amount plus the extra 300 so now I’m out 600 waiting 3 business days for her mistake. Smh I’m annoyed because I have other stuff lined up. I call im told management will call back and I specifically asked for her not to call me back and so who calls? Her. With a demeanor like she explained and trying to be condescending when she’s in the wrong, I’m told I’ll just have Chevy call you back. No call I call for him and he calls back within the hour and tells me he’ll deal with accounting and get back to me before end of the day, I’m still waiting for the call back. Got to do better when people spend good money and you can’t uphold your end of requirements, take accountability and do your job right. This was frustrating and an inconvenience, never again with this location. Do not play with my money and then act like You’re helping and do not address your mistakes, that’s not customer service. She was aware I’m in the middle of moving and this was not the actions of a manager who knows what’s she’s doing unless it was done purposely, who knows. It’s insult to injury to have an attitude when you’re in the wrong, I’ll go with Avis or Hertz next time it was because of Valdosta availability small town, terrible service.
