  I recently had one of the most disappointing rental experiences with Enterprise. I was given a vehicle that I had already reported as needing servicing, yet it was issued to me again with no indication that any maintenance had been done. The car drove even worse this time, and I felt genuinely unsafe behind the wheel. I shouldn’t have to feel anxious driving a rental car to my destination, wondering if it will break down before I arrive. To make matters worse, I specifically requested the black Mitsubishi, but the agent brought out keys to a grey car instead. It felt as though he was intentionally pushing that particular vehicle despite my clear request. This raises concerns about both customer service and vehicle quality control. A rental car should be reliable, safe, and aligned with what the customer asks for. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider renting from Enterprise in the future.

  Very friendly but might just be I am on corporate account 😅...all the staff is very nice and very polite and professional! First time here but would come back if my usual place doesn't have anything available. Plenty of cars here.

  Shout out to Zachary McBurough! This Enterprise location can get very busy, and I've rented from them several times. Every time, Zachary has been friendly, professional, and kind. On July 11, I returned a convertible, and Zachary was the only person working the front desk. Even though it was extremely busy, he handled every customer with a positive attitude, grace, and efficiency. I was genuinely impressed. Customer service skills like that can't be taught—they come from within. Enterprise is lucky to have him. He represents the company exceptionally well..

  I was recently stranded in Valdosta when my truck broke down and needed a rental vehicle. The dealer arranged for a GMC vehicle through Enterprise at the St. Augustine Rd branch. The customer service and response by everyone that I encountered there was phenomenal: Keishanna Anthony, Zachary McBurrough, Jarvis Seals, and Kayla Larry. These people are a great team and are very responsive in addressing any issues that we encountered during the rental period. I highly recommend Enterprise, St Augustine branch.

  I reserved a car to take to New Orleans for the weekend on July 3rd. Although it was probably one of the busiest days of the year, and I didn't come prepared with all of the necessary information (forgot my proof of insurance and had to wait on my husband to text it to me) all of the staff there were extremely pleasant and professional even though they were clearly dealing with difficult customers both in the store and on the phone. The manager did an excellent job keeping everyone updated on the progress and Zack specifically was very helpful with getting me into the right car. They even had light refreshments available. Will definitely rent from here again. Thank you for great service!
