Great experience! Rolled into town and needed an oil change, desperately...Steve et al was able to get the oil changed, recommend needed services, update the account, offer maintenance insights, and keep us cool during the wait! To top it off, the wait time was incredibly short - by the time we could grab something cool to drink, sit down, and take it all in, it was time to leave! Thanks for the hospitality and fast service. Just another reason we love coming to Valdosta!

I think this establishments prices are very high considering I’ve gotten oil changes for anywhere between 65 and $80. I just paid $136.99 for an oil change today plus $25 for an air filter or cleaning fluid or something. Either way I wasn’t advised of the price before getting the oil change and I feel like that was something that should’ve been shared with me before the work was done. Customer service wise the gentleman that assisted me was polite and took his time explaining that the changes in price were recent. He also explained that the last time I came I paid $106 for the same service. Either way I still feel that I should’ve been advised of the price change before getting service.

Candi really did me a solid on my last oil change! She realized the tech had been putting high mileage oil in my new vehicle and was able to save me half my money on my most recent change! Really appreciate the honesty!

The best service I’ve ever received! The staff was so fun, super knowledgeable - I’ll 100% be getting my car serviced here from now on! John provided me the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in YEARS. It’s rare to come across nowadays. He worked on my BMW, saved me a lot of money, and did an IMPECCABLE job. My car & I want to follow him wherever he goes! lol Ask for him, and don’t be afraid to bring your luxury car! Side note to the company: PLEASE provide fans for your mechanics. They were all in there working SO hard, and it was excruciatingly hot & stuffy in there. They deserve to be working in better conditions. Fans at the very least! Nonetheless, thank you again for an amazing service - I will be back! ^_^
