  Absolute train wreck. Intentionally set up for no human contact . All AI and phone tree . Can not even get someone to pick up phone and answer questions .

  I recently had my windshield replace due to the unfortunate events of a rock/bolt hitting my windshield on I-75 North. Setting up an appointment online via my insurance company was pretty simple. The offering of appointments were plenty. On the day of service, Dixon, actually was able to arrive earlier than expected. Of course he called in advance to ensure it was okay. When he arrived he was very polite and friendly. He explained everything (the process) before hand. Then he follwed up after the services were complete. Overall my service was great from booking, notification, communication, actual service, and payment.

  They replaced my windshield and there is glass all over my car inside and even in my kids car seat. I called the store manager Curtis Richmond in union city and he hung up on me. Mh child is having an high fever and is special needs and I cannot even take mh child to the ER cause there is glass everywhere . I made numerous phone calls and he refuses to help . I’m so devastated
