  I had a wonderful tech who did a great job. His name was DJ or JD. The appointment was rescheduled due to a little thunder. The first tech did not drive out to determine if my garage was large enough to work in during the short period of thunder. There were a couple of hours left on my appointment time slot where there was not thunder.

  This is the second time I have used Safelite for windshield chip repair and both time they have done a great job. Repair only took 15 minutes and the cost was reasonable. Thanks

  I had a technician by the name of Dejon. He was absolutely amazing. His customer service skills were awesome, he both communicated and educated my father and I on the entire process. He was very professional and personable. Because of the service that he provided through this unfortunate experience, I will most definitely recommend this company to anyone in need. Give that young man a raise as he was great.

  Safelite was a God Sent moment for me. I had went to a job training in Atlanta. While in my Training courses, something hit my windshield in the parking lot where my car was. OMG, 😳. So I had contact Safelite since my mom used them and I remember their commercials. I wanted to do mobile service but Atlanta traffic is stupidly. I did an appointment and brought my car to their auto store in Union City. The best part is that Safelite does payment plans…that was a blessing because I needed this fix ASAP and didn’t have all the money on me to pay for it. Everything worked out 💪. And I got a refund on the total cost. Thank you for the great service.
