  Safelite arrived during selected time frame and got right on the job of repairing a bullseye a little larger than a quarter.I knew of the system He was using .I was comfortable to go inside my house until He was finished.I didn't have to move my car.A few minutes later, All finished.Good Job Mickel at Safelite.

  Safelite offered a reasonable price with payment options but the biggest perk was that they offered to come to me to complete the work. So convenient because I didn’t have to find someone to drop me off.

  Our technician Ira was the best! He communicated for coordinating the appointment, was friendly, kind, and did an excellent job on the replacement, all at the convenience of our own home. The experience was top tier. Highly recommend. I dreaded having it replaced and put it off but now wish I would have contacted them sooner!

  Overall, scheduling was easy and within a few days. The technician was professional, courteous and efficient. Would have been 5 stars, but the 1st appointment was canceled by the technician just 5 minutes before the end of the 6-hour window and we waited all day. Some form of compensation or discount would have been appropriate.

  Satellite Glass did a great job repairing my cracked windshield. Asked if they could come to my home and repair instead of me taking it to an authorized repair shop. I got an appointment quickly. The technician kept me apprised of his arrival time. He came to my home and advised about how long the repair would take. The windshield looks great, and I didn’t have to leave my home, could go about my day while he was doing the repair.
