I visited this location two weeks ago on a Friday for three TPMS sensor replacements, as well as a tire balance and rotation. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM, but it quickly became apparent that appointments do not seem to have much meaning at this store. I was told later that service is essentially handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Because the shop was busy, I told the staff I would leave my vehicle for the day. Unfortunately, leaving my car did not result in it being worked on any sooner. When I called at 3:00 PM, I was told they were only then beginning the work. I ultimately picked up my vehicle at 5:45 PM, just before closing, after it had apparently spent the entire day at the bottom of the service queue.
My biggest concern is that the work may not have been completed correctly. I took a trip to Alabama the following weekend and still experienced noticeable tire vibration. This leaves me questioning whether all four tires were properly balanced as requested and paid for.
This was the second opportunity I have given this Mavis location in the last two years, and unfortunately the experience did not improve my opinion. I originally purchased my Mavis tires at the Newnan location, where everything was handled correctly the first time. Based on my experiences, I will most likely return there for future service.
To try to resolve the issue, I called the Union City location today and asked if they could recheck the tire balance. The representative told me to bring the vehicle in, but could not confirm whether I would be charged again for correcting a problem that should have been addressed during the original service.
Overall, I am disappointed with both the scheduling process and the quality of the work performed. Customers who make appointments and leave their vehicles for the day should not be treated as if they are the lowest priority, and they should have confidence that the services they paid for were completed properly.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Union City, and I especially want to recognize Stephan for his outstanding customer service. I came in because one of my tires was low, and Stephan came right out to help me. He was very professional and took time to check all four tires, check the pressure, and made sure everything was balanced and good to go. What really stood out was his attitude. Even with several cars pulling up who needed help, he stayed calm, polite, and focused with every customer. I was so thankful for his help that I gave him a $15 tip. It may not be much, but I wanted him to know that his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Mavis Tires & Brakes in Union City has a great employee in Stephan. Thank you, Stephan, for taking care of me and making sure I was safe before I pulled away. Excellent service!

On our way out of town our car started shaking on the highway, and our ability to accelerate/decelerate safely became very concerning. Its Sunday in GA, so our options for service were already limited, but it was also very late in the afternoon, which further limited our options for immediate service. We located this Mavis, and thank goodness we did! Not only did the Terrance find an incredibly dangerous issue with our brake lines/calipers, but he was just so, so kind (the whole crew is lovely btw) and he went so far above and beyond to help us resolve our issues so that we could get back on the road and continue our journey. We will never forget this. Thank you so much!

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Stephan for being a great support to me this morning. I was a lady in distress. I had already gone to 2 locations for air and to no avail. Ugh!!! Stephan thank you so much for taking the worry out my day and having to darn get down and put air in my tires. My pet peeve!! Kudos!!!
