I was completely clueless about this spot! Whenever I would someone ask where I could get my wheel alignment, brakes, rotors, or oil changed, they always pointed me to Jiffy Lube, Walmart, or the Chevy dealership. I just didn’t know where to go for the specific work I needed on my car. But then I stumbled upon this place, and I’m so glad I did! It’s only about a 10-minute drive from my home, which is perfect. Plus, I didn’t have to wait for an appointment. Eric was incredibly helpful and amazing; he definitely made me feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone so kind, especially when so many places are rude and their Customer Service is terrible. He was cool. I had a place to sit while I waited for my vehicle they even have charging ports for you to charge your phone that’s definitely a plus because when we are waiting to use or phone a lot more.

I pulled up because I needed some air in my tire. As I was about to get out, a young man named Eric walked up and helped me. He checked each tire because I wasn't sure which tire needed air in it. He proceeded to put air in all of my tires because they all needed it. He had a smile on his face and was very pleasant. I appreciated that help very much. In a world full of selfish people, it's nice to come across someone so kind and genuinely willing to assist.

I made an appointment online for a tire repair, and then when I arrived the next day, the person at the desk said that my appointment was canceled. I asked why, and he said, “The system cancelled it, but it doesn’t matter because it's first come, first serve anyways.“ Then he noticed my ATL Falcon’s hat and insulted my team by saying, “They will never win a Super Bowl.” After that, he said it would be an hour before they could get to my car. 2 hours and 30 mins later, they got to my car......Then they said they couldn't fix it, but another place would. That was the best advice this store could give me because I will never go there again. Worst tire place in Union City. Also, they didn't put air back in my tire. Please train your employees not to insult your PAYING CUSTOMERS’ sports teams and have an appointment system that actually makes an appointment matter.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service — Eric, Alexis & Marcus!
I came in today after having a tire blowout, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Eric and Alexis took excellent care of me in the store, with assistance from Marcus, and all three went above and beyond to make sure both I and my car were taken care of.
What really blew me away was the speed and efficiency of the service. I expected to be there for quite a while dealing with a blown tire, but they got me taken care of and in and out in a surprisingly short period of time—without making the experience feel rushed.
The customer service was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive from beginning to end. When you're already dealing with the frustration of a blowout, having people who make the situation easy and stress-free makes a huge difference.
Eric, Alexis, and Marcus are a credit to this location. Based on the service I received today, I would absolutely recommend this store to others.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with this establishment a few times. Every time was a good experience. However this last time, an employee went over and beyond his job to help me. Terrance, I believe is his name, tried his best to find my wheel key lock. Even came up with some ideas to get it removed, however luckily I found it, which the previous mechanic had.
The entire team seemed patient, knowledgeable and understanding to every customers needs from what I saw.
Overall, thank you for your communication, he really kept me updated while I was at work,his kindness and willingness to assure I was taken care of during this entire tire change process.Good customer service is hard to come by so when I experience it, I try to make sure it’s noted. Thanks🫡
