Oil Change Services

Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.

Tire Rotation

Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.

Brakes Service & Repair

Regular brake inspections help you to know when to service your brakes and can save you money by finding needed repairs before they become severe.

Mufflers & Exhaust

We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.

Wheel Alignment

Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.

Shocks, Struts & Suspension Replacement

Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.

Car Battery Replacement and Installation

Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples. Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.

TPMS Sensor Replacement

There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I was trying not to leave this review. However, when the manager decided to dodge my attempts at speaking with him personally, this is what I'm left to do. Let's start with the fact that I decided to go here to support the businesses in my community. I called to inquire about a full set of tires for my vehicle. After getting a quote, I advised that I wanted to shop around before making a final decision. Shortly after, Marcus, who i assume is the manager called me back. I appreciated the follow up. It showed that they would value me as a customer. Because of that, I decided that I would become a customer instead of going to my trusty dealership. For context, the cost difference was only about $150. I advised him that I had an engagement scheduled for later that evening and could not be there all day. He assured me that they could have me in and out within an hour. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:27pm. There were maybe 2 other customers there but they were gone shortly after. I was thinking, okay Marcus, you all may really be onto something. I looked up, an hour had passed and I never saw my vehicle enter into the service area. I got up to see if it was s still parked in the lot. It was!!! I went up to the desk and the receptionist was kind and courteous and she advised that they were about to pull my vehicle back. I was perplexed because why had it taken the hour I was promised just to get the vehicle back?? The service technician then stated, " I'm sorry ma'am. I'm grabbing your vehicle now. Everyone had gone on break and no one advised that you were here. " I simply responded, "wow and okay". So they finally started to work on my vehicle Meanwhile, other customers were coming in. What bothered me with this is that it seemed like every customer that came in, for one reason or another, this location could not service their vehicles. They didn't have this or they didn't have that. They ultimately ended up turning away around 4-5 customers. Why do you all not have what you need to service the customers in this community??? Fast-forward, I'm sitting there an additional hour and a half to have four new tires replaced. I arrived at 3:27pm for a 3:30pm appointment, didn't leave until after 6pm. You would think that was the worse part. Well no. When I got to my vehicle I noticed that my driver-side mirror is now hanging off. I took pictures and advised the staff who also took pictures, so I know that the manager saw them. I called the store the following day to ask for Marcus and that's when the dodging began. I called every day a few times a day for about a week, asking to speak with Marcus to no avail. It's funny how he could call me to make the sale, but would not call me to discuss the absolute fail in service I received. The saddest part about this entire unforgiveness situation is that I will never patronize this location or the company ever again. My husband needed tires and he asked me where I went. I told him Mavis in Union City and we will not be supporting that business. So you see Marcus, what happens when you dodge your customers thinking that the issue will disappear. That is not how businesses are sustained.

S/O to Tawanna!! She was extremely helpful with great customer service!! Both ladies were nice actually but I was helped specifically by Tawanna! That’s what you want when you walk into an establishment! I originally went to Tires Plus on Cascade this morning and they SUCK!! Called Tawanna and she was able to get me right on in! I waited about a hour max which isn’t so bad, especially for a walk in and not appointment ! S/ O to the team! Thank you!!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! Was heading to Panama City Beach with a lot of kids when tire went flat. Made it to Mavis . Sure was glad we came here. First stopped at Bridgestone with a wait time of 2 hours. Came down the road to here . They had us back on the road before the kids could get frustrated. I would highly recommend them. So down to earth and amazing people.

This is the treatment you get at Mavis Tires, especially the one at 4753 Jonesborough Road, Union City, GA. However, according to that place all this is company policy. So take this experience and decide if you ever want to do business there. My wife was in ATL to move one kid into a new dorm, for which she was pulling a trailer with a truck. She was staying the night, so she could then drive to watch my other child’s last Senior Cheer Camp, which was also being held in ATL. That’s right, last one. While dressed for the occasion, as at the end of the camp, there is a parent display. While driving there she got a flat tire, but was able to make it to the above MAVIS store. She explained to the store she was in a hurry to make it to my child’s last cheer event, but they obviously had to customer service skills at all. They proceeded to refuse to take the tire off the truck as it sits, and mandated her (dressed nicely) to either do it herself or take the trailer off, of which I hooked up for her. Luckily one of the good customers overheard this, and did it for her. She arrived at your store 9:01 AM to repair with a patch, tire. They took their sweet time, and finished a tire repair job at 11:30, 2 hours, for a 20-minute job for anyone who cares. Needless to say, she missed the entire event, one she will never get back. MAVIS you will never see anyone of my family’s business again, and I promise this event will be shared with as many people as I possible can.

I have been a loyal customer of the Union City location for the past four years and have recommended this store to numerous family members and friends because of the exceptional customer service and leadership that Mr. Donnie consistently demonstrated. Today was an especially difficult day for my daughter and me after she experienced two flat tires on the highway. The first place I thought to bring her vehicle was this location because of the trust I had built with Mr. Donnie and his team. When I arrived, I noticed that Mr. Donnie was nowhere to be found, neither in the garage nor in the front office, which immediately made me realize something had changed. I was also disappointed by the interaction I witnessed between the regional manager, Marcus, who is currently serving as the store manager, and the tow truck driver who delivered my vehicle. Mr. Marcus was a bit rude to him. I am truly saddened to learn that Mr. Donnie is no longer with this location. His leadership, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were a major reason why I continued to do business here. His absence will undoubtedly have an impact on customer loyalty, including mine. Moving forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will gladly follow Mr. Donnie wherever he chooses to continue his career.
