  They are very slow and making reservations doesn't mean anything. I was there 10 min earlier then I was supposed to be, and was there 40 min after my reservation. The vehicle was not ready what so ever, so that's why I had to wait. I messed my time slot for something I was doing for the day because of them. This place needs new management, or new training, or new team members. It's very small, and they don't have a lot of vehicles to choose from. 1 out of 10 I don't recommend.

  We rented a minivan from Enterprise on our way back home the tire blew 2 hours away from home we were in some desolate part of Georgia we live in Atlanta we contacted customer service who said to get a Uber or Lyft and they would reimburse this so we tried it was 10:00 p.m. at night and the area we was in there were no Uber or Lyft available so we contacted them back they told us to go to a hotel they were reimburse us for this which I later found out that enterprises not reimbursed for hotels and obviously they're not reimbursing us for our taxi that we had to call on our own and pay $320 for I spoke to Dion the manager at Enterprise Union City and he could really care less so I asked for the corporate number realized they have no corporate this is a privately owned company so the area manager I emailed him almost a week ago never got a response back because they don't feel as important to respond back to the customers that they left stranded for women in the middle of the night we didn't get home until 2:00 in the morning we were stranded until 12:00 midnight they did not care nor did they send us another vehicle or a taxi lift Uber nothing and they still don't care I literally had to go to the better Business bureau to look at the complaints please I'm begging you please don't rent from this company if anything goes wrong they will not help you it is not our fault that the tire blew out and they could care less don't rent from Enterprise Union City

  My enterprise rental was fairly smooth. They got me in and out pretty quickly and there are no surprise charges. The person- to- person interaction is pleasant and welcomed.

  The team made a horrible situation a more bearable one. Al,Jen, Ashley and Deon were great and extremely helpful.They made the process painless and I would recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a vehicle.

  This review is for Deon who was professional, polite & positive when assisting me getting a rental & his smiling demeanor unknowingly 'talked me off the ledge'. The store itself leaves a bit more to be desired as there were no associates in the facility full of customers for at least 10 minutes when I walked through the doors ~ thank you Deon.
