  The team made a horrible situation a more bearable one. Al,Jen, Ashley and Deon were great and extremely helpful.They made the process painless and I would recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a vehicle.

  This review is for Deon who was professional, polite & positive when assisting me getting a rental & his smiling demeanor unknowingly 'talked me off the ledge'. The store itself leaves a bit more to be desired as there were no associates in the facility full of customers for at least 10 minutes when I walked through the doors ~ thank you Deon.

  I made reservations a month in advance got to the rental place at 6:00 that's what time may reservation was set for the young man told me they was closing and they couldn't accommodate me because they system shuts down automatically at 6:00 but they was still helping someone with the tablet I excepted the excuse and came back Saturday morning at 9:15 there was about 8 people in line the same young man was talking and walking around like his job didn't matter or no one else was trying to get to a destination I have been renting cars from here for years but never experienced the I don't care attitude.
