  I normally have a good experience with Enterprise Car Rental, except at this location in Union City. The unprofessional way they treated my situation is the reason why I am writing this review. My insurance company made the scheduled for me to pick up a vehicle at Enterprise. When I tried to call them to pickup me up from the body shop they never answered their phones. I called several times and one time I was on hold for 20 minutes. They were about to close, so I got a Uber to drop me off. When I got there, they denied me, told they didn't have a vehicle for me. I was forced to get another Uber to go back home. I asked my insurance company to change the car rental company because I will not do business with any company who doesn't respect their customers.

  Jennifer was professional, helpful and made the car rental process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions clearly, provided excellent customer service, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and professionalism. I would definitely rent here again because of her outstanding assistance.

  Always a great experience with the team at this location. Incredibly accommodating. They deliver a pretty seamless experience each time. I will continue to rent from these guys in the future.

  Despite the busyness of the Union City, GA location on Thursday, April 9, the staff demonstrated their wealth of knowledge and experience. Mr. Quaye was particularly professional and courteous. Keep up the good work.
