    I would like to share my experience at Bella Nissan today. I walked into the dealership anticipating on getting the usual pressure of making a car purchase and not knowing what to expect either. Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted with a great pleasantries and smiling faces. I noticed another person, Mr. D'Narro smiling and making warm pleasantries as though I was family already. That is when my purchase journey began. It was an amazing experience to have conversed every detail about the type of vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. He made the sale easy and comfortable without being pushy. I appreciate everything. I want to thank you for your kindness and showing me hospitality with making my purchase.

    One thing I truly value is an exceptional customer experience, and this team exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by everyone I passed and even offered a bottle of water, which immediately made me feel welcome. My salesperson, Anthony Whitehead, was outstanding. He was kind, professional, and genuinely courteous. Simple gestures like opening doors, greeting customers with a smile, and showing genuine kindness aren't as common as they used to be, so I truly appreciated those thoughtful touches. Anthony took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure we found the right vehicle for my needs. Finding the right vehicle is important, but having the right team makes all the difference—and this dealership definitely has the right team. Everyone worked together seamlessly and played a part in making the experience smooth and enjoyable.     Bella Nissan is the worst dealership: incompetent, irresponsible, and dishonest. Mohammed is the worst of all. After waiting 10 hours for the sale of a car Audi 2022 that was supposedly already approved, and after I informed them that the car had a noise and was damaged, he made me buy a warranty that cost almost $800 a month to take the car to the Audi dealership for repairs. This was all a lie. I've spent over $3,000 trying to fix the car, and I still haven't been able to get it fixed. He told me he would change the warranty to a cheaper one but he didn’t and disappeared. He never called me back or answered my messages. Almost two months after buying the car, I got a text message from him asking me that the bank they had found for me hadn't approved the loan and that I had to bring the car back. I refused because 60 days had already passed. He made me do the my taxes and lie on them to raise my tax income so he could find me another bank to supposedly approve the loan. He claimed the bank they had found for me had filled out the paperwork incorrectly. The new bank charges me $895 a month, plus he made me raise my insurance premium because the bank required it, so now I'm paying $593 for car insurance plus fix the car by my own. I've spent almost $3,000 and I still haven't been able to fix it because it's a problem directly from Audi. Dealership that they tell me stay away from this nightmare, Bella Nissan Union City ga.

    The worst car shopping experience I have ever had. Lee called me and after I explained my situation to him, as far as me not wanting to drive all the way to the dealership off a wing and a prayer. Advised him that I would be willing to wait until I could financially be able to come down to the dealership and purchase a car. He sent me the credit application, I filled it out sent it back and my check stubs, he called me all day I even sent in my co-signer's information immediately and immediately text him to let him know everything was done on my end. NOTHING!!! It was the end of the day, so I just chunked it up to it being closing time. Next day (TODAY), I called first thing in the morning, the young lady who answered the phone told me "They are working on your deal now waiting to hear back from the banks" thats what they just told me to let you know. NOTHING!! I called back at 5pm after being transferred to someone else finally got to talk to LEE, he basically tells me in a nutshell there were customers who came into the dealership to purchase a car so pretty much they get first priority!! I would have been completely ok with that, but for him to not call me back at all was like I was not as much a priority as the in-house customers!! I did the EXACT same thing the in-house customers did I did the application sent in my verifications but was ghosted at the end of the day. I hate to say it is always " OUR PEOPLE" who treat you like that. COMMUNICATION is everything but it fell short and I was very disappointed.
