  I’ve bought a few vehicles over the years and can’t remember the last time someone left this kind of impression on me Shontavia has a way about her that makes you feel comfortable the minute you meet her Real easy to talk to and carries herself in a way that’s hard not to notice We came in talking about a car and somehow ended up talking and laughing like we’d known each other for years She made the whole experience feel personal, and that means a lot nowadays Dealerships need more people like her 10/10

  Dishonest! Unethical! Predatory! They just did my girlfriend so dirty. They hounded her for weeks via text messages and phone calls, about coming in to trade her car in for a newer model and she finally went in and did just that. She was approved for the new car with no money down and she left the keys for her old car with Jonathan Larkin who was the sales man, and she left with the new car thinking everything was done. At no point did Jonathan say there was anything wrong with her trade in, and he even kept the keys to the old car. If you weren't taking a trade in why did you keep the keys to the car and why did you take pictures of the car? If you weren't going to take the car, why did the finance guy discuss with her what you all were going to do with the traded in car? A whole week later they call her and say her trade in was not accepted and she needs to come get her old car BUT they won't take their new car back. They are on some major predatory BS and they know it, and I look forward to helping her fight this to the very end. We will be notifying Fox 5 Call For Action and anyone else who will listen. From the little bit of research I have already done, I see A LOT of people have had problems with them. I do not recommend anyone use this dealership and I will make sure everybody I know posts about how dishonest and unethical this dealership is. The manager Derek Pegues was absolutely no help, even when she showed him the text messages from his staff about trading the car in. There was no empathy or consideration and not attempt at making the situation right, at all. This is why they say car salesmen are slimy. In this economy, they want to play with someone's money and livelihood. Who can afford two car notes as a single mother and grandmother? That was never the plan going in there and they know it and they lied and took advantage of her.

  Bella Nissan got me in a car when I didn’t think it was possible. I want to thank everyone up there especially Arthur! He was very understanding & patient considering I came in with 2 tired & hungry kids lol! Even though we was there for a minute it was a very respectful & friendly environment so definitely worth it! THANK YOU BELLA NISSAN & of course ARTHUR gets the biggest thank you!

  Bella Nissan made my experience smooth from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. They answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. The service department was also quick and helpful. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Bella Nissan to anyone looking for a reliable dealership and a great experience! Ask for Mr. Layton he is truly AMAZING!

  Horrible dealership they lied to get us to come in. My fiancé just had gotten out of the hospital we received a call from the dealership saying we were pre approved and we just needed to come in. It was all a lie to get us in the building. Nothing was done on there end. My fiancé was getting the vehicle and I told them I did not want to be on the application and I wasn’t working. They got my information and told me what I already knew. We spent over 90 dollars in uber rides and left without nothing. Please don’t believe them if they say you have to come in and just pick a car. I asked to speak with a manager he never came. The agents were just walking around it was a horrible experience
