  It was a great experience! I have been bragging to anyone that will listen. Michael went above and beyond, and I'm so thankful for his patience with me. He was very knowledgeable on everything from start to finish--from financing to car features. As a female, I always feel a little intimidated dealing with anything auto related, but everyone I came in contact with made me feel right at home! Jake Kelley and Mike (F&I guy) were also helpful! I highly recommend!

  I would like to thank the Team @ Brannen Motors. Jason as he led the process was the Epitome of the word Professional. He was courteous and direct . We talked about availability and numbers that would allow to take delivery on the 2024 Ford Edge SEL . The process was smooth and VERY Transparent and that is huge since I live about 3 hours away. Our Sales Professional, Kierro was very Professional in aiding us with the details on the vehicle and even went above and beyond to assist us with a FaceTime call to view the vehicle that aided in our Decision to do business with Brannen Motors. At the time of delivery we had. The pleasure of meeting our Sales Professional and was not disappointed at all . She had actually called before our arrival to be sure to have our Vehicle cleaned and a full tank of gas in front of the Dealership. We felt no pressure at all we were greeted and she spent time with my wife going over some of the features of the Ford Edge . When we got back off of the test drive we met another Sales Manager as Jason was on vacation. He made sure that we were satisfied before we meet our Finance Manager and signing paperwork . In the Finance office the Manager did a great job explaining the contract and along the AMAZING WARRANTY options available that we did choose to enroll in . So once again I want to thank Brannen Motors and Jason Roberts Kierro Owen’s Jeff Coker Christy Hill Michael Gray I will definitely do business again and refer anyone out of state to feel comfortable in driving a long distance because they are Honest and Transparent in doing business.
