I originally came in to inquire about my Tire Monitoring System, and the staff was very helpful and informative. They not only explained the issue with my tire sensors, but they also made me aware of other maintenance concerns that I did not know about, which I truly appreciated. Another big plus was that they offered me a discount on the tire sensors for each tire. The customer service was professional, honest, and helpful throughout the visit. I appreciate them taking the time to explain everything clearly and helping me better understand my vehicle’s needs.

The store manager (Erica) was immediately helpful and efficient with getting my repair started and very transparent with presenting my pricing options. At no point did I feel the need to second guess any part of the process. My tire was replaced within an hour of arrival at a reasonable price. Highly appreciative and definitely recommend this location without reservation!

She answered the question and very professional. When arrived Erica was at the front desk greeted me professionally, asked did I have an appt, took necessary information, and asked for the keys, she walking 2 registered at the same time. I was there by 3:15 and out by 5:15 . Prompted and professional will definitely be back for more services .. the location was the one in Trucker off Mount Industrial!
