I wish I can give this store zero stars because what I went thru is terrible. I came in to get work done on my car told them what I thought I needed they did fix what I thought I need and my car was still driving the same and not only that my car is driving different. I was at that shop for over 4 hours just for them to add another problem to my car now my car is driving worst went to another Mavis and another mechanic told me what was the problem and the work I got done on my car was not needed. I just want my money back so I can see what they messed. I started at the mavis on Nortlake location and they told me what I needed for the service. The main problem what was wrong with my car was a control arm. I call corporate for the past 3 weeks and still haven’t talk to no district manager. The store manager tried to make it right but I don’t want none of them touching my car again.

After a truck swiped me off the road by the Honeybaked ham, I was told to try Mavis out by a friend. Fortunately I only had one popped tire with no other damage. They quickly got a new replacement for me and even helped me move my car to the Mavis lot. I was in and out within an hour.
