  I rented a car from Avis, but before I even drove out of the parking lot, the TPMS warning light was already on. When I reported the issue, they refused to provide another vehicle and told me that tires are considered “consumable items,” so I would need to take the car to Mavis for repair myself, despite not having driven the car at all. Should a rental company provide customers with vehicles that are fully functional and safe before handing them over? The lady with black hair was especially unhelpful and terrible. I asked her to make a note on my rental agreement documenting the issue, and of course she refused. It felt like she did not want any record showing how poorly the situation was handled or how badly I was treated as a customer. Overall, it was a very unpleasant rental experience with Avis. Mavis, on the other hand, did an excellent job. Even though they were about to close when I arrived, they still repaired the tire and stayed late to help me. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The young manager there was especially outstanding. This is a great place to go if you need reliable and customer focused service.

  I highly recommend the Mavis Tire Center at 2089 Northlake Parkway. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here for about 4 to 5 years, and the service is consistently solid. Matthew handled our most recent visit and did a standout job. What I respect about this shop is their straight-shooting approach. If they spot an issue, they break down the details clearly so you can make an educated decision. They focus on quality and transparency rather than trying to squeeze you for extra money with high-pressure sales tactics. These guys are dependable.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Shayla, the manager, really took care of me.. she got me a great deal on my brakes and made sure I had a warranty, which gave me peace of mind. The whole process was smooth, and I felt like I was in good hands. Definitely recommend!

  These professionals are the best. Omari at the front desk has been the biggest lifesaver on multiple occasions, amazing customer service on his part. I was in a bind my last two visits having car problems unrelated to this establishment, and they got me in and out the door very swiftly. Highly recommend this location in particular. Great team, great energy.

  For my first time coming to this Mavis I genuinely want to say that my experience was more than exceptional. Shayla being the first smile and the intro to me being a mavis customer was such a refresher for my day given the chaos ive been dealing with for most of it. She was so nice, warm, and helpful and i really feel like my concerns were heard and handled so swift and professionally that I was genuinely blew away. She explained the process of things very well that I was finally able to clear my mind. Thank you to the men in the garage that were able to help me with my situation and getting me back on the road. Thank you to Shayla for being a beam of light and helping me ease my mind and worries coming in today. Wonderful team! 100/10 experience. Whatever they’re making, DOUBLE IT!!
