Came in to get my brakes checked and had the brake pads replaced at the suggestion of their tech. It was busy so I did have to wait, but they were able to get the pads ordered and were eventually installed. Shout out to Youlanda; she was instrumental in making my visit a great experience!

Youlanda, the manager at Mavis tire & brakes is an absolute gem! She is the epitome of great customer service. As soon as my son and I came in she greeted us with a heartfelt welcome which made us feel special. She made sure my son was comfortable too, which was important to me. In a world where being nice is missing, its nice to meet someone who is bringing that good energy. I will be coming back to this location.

Yeaterday I pulled up just to use the free air since my front right tire was low and before I could even get to the machine, Yolanda was already outside telling me to let her do that for me so I don't get dirty(even though I was just coming off from work and already dirty :) ). I have to say Youlanda has the most wonderful spirit and showed a kindness that I haven't seen in so long. The next day I came back to get my tire patched and once again...same wonderful, beautiful spirit and personality I told her already, but the world needs more people like Youlanada right now. She brings such a warm, welcoming energy and I was just truly blown away by her customer service and just her as a human being. Top notch service from a top notch human being. Also, the techs I met were also very nice and greet you with a smile. 10/10. Meeting Youlanda yesterday really made my day and it's just so great when you come across someone like her because she really seems to love what she does and love taking care of people. I can't say enough good about my experience over the last couple of days here at Mavis tire and brakes.

Let me tell y’all, the Manager, Yolanda, has brought life to this place. I came to get air for my tire and be about my way. She offered to take a look at the tire to make sure it was good. Turns out it had a whole that needed to be fixed! She got it fixed quickly and efficiently. While waiting, I watched her work with multiple people (mostly women) we all bragged about how safe and committed she is to our safety and experience. Bringing Yolanda to this location was a GREAT move!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this location, all thanks to Youlanda! She provided excellent customer service and got things done immediately.
I originally came in for new tires, an oil change, and a filter replacement. While taking care of those, Youlanda went above and beyond by catching a couple of major issues I hadn't realized—my car needed a new battery and new brakes. Instead of it turning into a stressful, drawn-out ordeal, she handled it seamlessly and got the extra work completed quickly and efficiently.
It is rare to find service that is both thorough and incredibly fast. If you go to this location, ask for Youlanda—she will take amazing care of you and your vehicle! Highly recommend.
