This is the worst store I ever visited. The store manager youlanda is rude and try to out talk the customer. I’m very upset at how she handled my situation with buying new tires.i will never come back to this store again.

I was scheduled to replace my tires. The lady comes out and says there is 2+ hours wait times when there is nobody waiting in the lobby as well as parking lot is empty! Who ever owns or manages this place, you need to find good employees who wants to make sure you are doing good business other than making customers go away.... I went there seeing the rating but this is not good and deserves the 1 star! I rather spend my money somewhere who values customers!

When I tell y’all coming to this location feels like going to my family house. I was able to get educated on the proper tries for my vehicle. Yet receiving the best deal as well. Everyone here is very down to earth and professional. Staff is very hard working for completing the service and by getting you your vehicle in a timely manner. Oh and did i mention the deals you can’t get anywhere else. I can’t thank service manager Ms. Youlanda and tech Mr. Anthony enough for servicing my vehicle. I will definitely see y’all again. I would definitely recommend this location for whatever your vehicle needs.

Don't be fooled - these positive reviews are from when this was Dekalb Tire. Ever since Mavis bought them, downhill. Had to get new tires this week, gave them one last shot, and won't make the mistake again. Tires were mistakenly installed white-wall out, and since it took 5 hours longer than they estimated, it wasn't worth the fight to get them fixed. I'll just pay a trustworthy shop like Deuce Auto to fix it. They also forgot to replace the spare which was part of the work order (thankfully I caught that at home and went back the next day). Took another 2 hours to swap the spare even though I was the first one in the next morning and literally had to help them drop the spare since they didn't know how. Guy next to me in line was also on a second trip in since they installed the wrong tires the previous day (literally different sized tires...car wasn't even sitting level). Run away.

I came in thinking I just needed a tire patch, but it turned out I needed a new tire. Youlanda, the manager, was absolutely amazing. She treated me with so much kindness and compassion—it honestly felt like she was treating me like her own daughter.
