  Being a new customer here at this location, my experience was informative and polite. The technicians were time efficient and informative with letting me know the condition of my car as it pertains to oil changes and filters. Thank you for the good customer service!

  Service was exceptional. The tucker station on lavista Road is very informative and even checked my blinkers and high beams of all are working. Also they have coupons to make it reasonably priced. Very customer friendly!!

  My first experience with the customer service was good until I left the Jiffy Lube location. However, approximately 10 miles after arriving home, my vehicle’s oil warning light came on with a message stating, “Oil Low — Add Oil.” I immediately called Jiffy Lube to report what had happened. The employee instructed me to bring the vehicle back so they could inspect it. Upon returning, he advised me that the oil level was indeed low and added approximately 2–3 quarts of oil. He also checked the oil filter and told me that everything was okay. I am extremely concerned because my vehicle was serviced by Jiffy Lube, yet shortly afterward, it was dangerously low on oil. This could have potentially caused serious and costly damage to my engine if I had continued driving. I am very disappointed with this experience and do not feel confident returning to Jiffy Lube for future service. Given the circumstances and the potential risk to my vehicle, I believe I should have been offered compensation, such as a complimentary oil change with filter replacement, as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube and would like my concerns regarding the service properly addressed.

  I visited this location for a required emissions test, as my car tag is expiring soon. Super convenient location on lavista rd, right off I-285. Had barely a 2 minute wait. Unlike a gross emissions testing place that I experience every year no matter where I go…,the bay you drive in is squeaky clean and organized , and both gentlemen mechanics were super nice. And it was in the 90s today, very hot outside And, it was only $15!! I’ll remember this place if I need an oil change or whatever….

  My experience at the jiffy lube of Lavista Road!!! I purchased my own oil and filter because I wanted a specific brand and called a local jiffy lube for the price of an oil change with my own oil and filter. The quote was $39.99. I ended up going to a different location closer to the auto parts store. I was charged $59.99, in which I mentioned the previous estimate to the manger on site and was told I must of been misinformed. At that point I was already pulled in for service. They changed the oil and filter quickly at the same time telling me he was going to flush my coolant I said if your not going to charge me go ahead but it’s not requested at this time. When the work was completed of course without the coolant flush I went in for payment, when I saw the screen indicated the oil change $39.99 plus $20.00 for parts. I asked him what parts did they use seeing that I provided the oil and the filter. Once again he insisted that the system automatically sets it at this price and whom ever I spoke with at the other location may have not been trained in this area. I will not be visiting the lavista road location again. Not just for this situation but I was previously ripped off when I took my musthang there for oil change using there oil in which I do not believe I was giving the fully synthetic oil I paid for because the engine was running more rough. That oil change was $169.99.
