  5*Stars I would like to recognize an employee named Jerrick Whatts for an exceptional level of work ethic that really stood out to me during my visit to this Pilot location. I’m a professional truck driver and have stopped at countless truck stops across the country over the years. Today, I saw Jerrick in the restroom, literally down on his knees scrubbing the floor tiles by hand, making sure they were thoroughly clean. What impressed me wasn't simply that he was cleaning—it was the level of care, determination, and attention to detail he was putting into the job. Cleaning a restroom may not seem like something extraordinary, but I believe that's exactly what makes this worth recognizing. Character and work ethic show the most when someone gives their best effort to a job that most people wouldn't think twice about. If Jerrick puts this much dedication and attention to detail into cleaning a restroom, I can only imagine the level of effort he would bring to a position with greater responsibility. Employees with that mentality are the people companies should recognize, invest in, and give opportunities to advance. I was impressed enough that I personally asked the manager for his name because I wanted to make sure his effort didn't go unnoticed. Pilot management: you have an employee here who takes genuine pride in his work. Please recognize him for it. In my opinion, Jerrick deserves more than a compliment—he deserves consideration for a raise and future advancement within the company. Keep up the outstanding work, Jerrick. People notice.

  The guys in the truck wash did an amazing job with our motorhome. My motorhome is spotless, what usually takes me 4 hrs to wash they did in 20 minutes. Couldn't ask for better. Great job !

  My daughter and I visited this store today and when we entered, an employee that was walking the opposite direction, turned around and shouted "Welcome in." My daughter got her snack and the same young lady rang us up. She was so nice. My card wouldn't swipe because the strip on the back is gone in some places, sometimes it works just fine and sometimes it doesn't. I let her know that from the start. She immediately came around the counter and took my card to see if she could get it to swipe, she didn't have any luck either. I told her it was fine but she insisted on paying for it for my daughter. I didn't get her name, but I thanked her many times. She was so nice and professional from the time we entered the store. There was also a guy there and my little interaction with him was nice as well.
