Went by Sunday 10/11/26.asked for standard oil change/ standard oil. Was charged for synthetic. 5 qts with oil filter. Cost was $104.30! The invoice shows a whole list of things they supposedly checked. I watched them from the front of vehicle. They topped off water fluid. None of the other checks were performed. I've had my work truck serviced there over 75 times. Retired now. Don't know if I'll ever go back

I've been so thankful for the kind employees at both Tifton locations of American LubeFast. They have gone out of their way to answer my questions, and have never made me feel bad if I didn't understand something. The service is quick and fairly priced.

I visited Lube Fast on September 12th for an oil change, and my total was $116.97. What bothered me most is that I was never asked what type of oil change or service package I wanted. I wasn’t given options or an explanation of the different prices. I was simply given a price, and because my oil change was already overdue, I went ahead with the service. After looking over the service checklist, I also noticed that several of the items listed were never actually checked or performed on my vehicle. If I’m paying $116.97 for a service package, I expect to receive everything that is included in that package. I feel that I was overcharged and that the staff chose a package for me instead of allowing me to make that decision myself. Customers should be told their options, prices, and what is included before the service is performed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
