  Came in to have a screw removed from my tire and patched. Figure id have them rotate the wheels wall they where at it. There was no wait time and they started working on the truck right away. Me thinking it would be a normal 15 - 20 minute tire patch and rotation and they would be done. 1 hour later the truck is still on the lift and all 4 wheels are still off the truck. I regret asking for a tire rotation. I did not understand how complicated this process had become. Its been 10 years since I've done it my self... probably never do it again if it takes this long now. Rodney, at the service desk needs to be reprimanded and sent to re training. Roll back the cameras. This man needs to learn how to talk to customers correctly. After 1 hour these people also stole my stem caps and left my tires preasures all over the place. This is a tireshop!?!??! Shameful absolutely disgusting. See picture absolutely shameful organisation Where are my stem caps!!!! Come to find out they did not even rotate the wheels correctly. It is supposed to be an X passanger rear goes to driver front. You put passanger rear to passanger front. Do the employees at this place not even know common sense.

  The service here was great the staff was friendly and Ben was wonderful I needed a tire at the last min and they was about to close he still got me In they go over and beyond for there customers .,,,

  I was traveling from Atlanta when something started dragging under my car. Ben and Rodney were sooo kind and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes, the problem didnt even interrupt my travel plans. Thank you all sooo much!

  Ben and the team were great. They were fast and efficient and provided great information about the tires and my situation. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes to get my tire replaced. I would come back

  I had a blow out on my car hauler heading west on RT 20. After changing to my spare, I called the store to see if I could a replacement. Ben confirmed they had my size in stock and told me to come right over. After arriving, Ben got me right in and out so we could continue our travels to North Carolina. Ben is a great guy, super friendly, great customer service - really took care of us, he is an asset to Mavis!!
