- TCTasha Coleman6 days ago1.0Thomson enterprise needs to close the doors. The turn over is like changing your underwear. Make a reservation you get to the office to pick up, No cars available. Them tell you the online reservation isn’t link with their inventory. I have a car now that’s squeaking You can hear me before I come to a stop and when you back up, the squeak is louder. I was told to take the car to Mavis to have it checked out because they have an account with Mavis me as the customer take it to Mavis to have the car fixed. Are you serious? I’m a customer also told me to call around and see if other enterprises have a Rent-A-Car that I could switch into again me as the customer gotta do enterprise job to find me a car like they can’t call and find a Rent-Job-Car got a call and find my own Rent-A-Car because the one they gave me sounds like a squeaky train coming on track. USAA please go back to Hertz’s.
