They did not have a car available at pickup in the class I requested and they provide her with a free upgrade which they did not explain to my daughter. We returned the car on time, actually early and was cleared by the attendant checking the car. She stated we may get a small refund for early arrival. I then review my credit card account and found I was charged for the upgrade, an overcharge of nearly $400. I have spoken to the branch and district manager and was told it would be corrected. It has now been 10 days and no sign of the adjustment. This makes it difficult to provide anything positive about my experience. I will not recommend this branch or company in the future.
