I went in to the Thomasville Ga store and was greeted by Jarrell Irvin he was fantastic with me help me pick out light bulb and put them in for me and then he helped me with the front light and showed me what I need and he took his lunch and cleaned them for me. I am 73 yr old and he was a GOD send . I have sent several of my friends in as I told them and they could not believe it. But he was super nice. Thank you for having great help that loves his job. Bought a battery at this location back in January. They initially gave me the wrong size and had to give me a second battery. It was a new employee so I understood the error. Fast forward to June and I have had multiple system errors in my car leading up to my car getting a battery warning. I called this location and spoke to the working manager who told me that if I replaced it elsewhere (Toyota), I could receive a refund if I brought the receipt to Autozone. I had Toyota replace the battery a week later. Went in to this Autozone location regarding the refund, and a store manager from a different location was working that day. I was informed that I could not receive a refund without the actual battery in hand. This was frustrating as I had specifically asked the manager when I called the week before if I needed to have Toyota give me the old battery and was told no, just the receipt. Toyota had already replaced and disposed of the old battery. This has been a frustrating experience that now leaves me $300 in the hole. The store manager from the other location who spoke to me today was very friendly and handled my frustration well. However, this will be the last time I make a purchase like this from AutoZone and specifically this location.

Rosetta, the store manager, went out of her way to help me. They were out of a battery at her store and she sourced the battery for me at a different auto parts store in the area. Highly recommend stopping by here if you have any automotive needs.
