I recently brought my 2006 GMC Duramax, which has approximately 230,000 miles, in for a head gasket/engine-related issue. From the initial diagnosis through completion of the repair, Grayson and his team provided an exceptional level of service. The diagnostic process was thorough and comprehensive, including detailed pictures and videos that clearly documented their findings. Communication throughout the entire repair process was outstanding, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Despite the complexity of the repair—and adding several “while you’re in there” aftermarket parts and longevity upgrades—the turnaround time was remarkably quick. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job correctly were evident throughout the entire process. Grayson and his team represent the standard that other automotive repair shops—and, quite frankly, businesses in general—should strive to achieve. Their professionalism, transparency, workmanship, and customer service are truly exceptional. A special thank you to Julie for her patience, professionalism, and for recognizing my military veteran status and applying the veteran discount. That gesture was genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend Grayson and his entire team. Thank you for taking great care of my truck and providing such an outstanding customer experience.

I don’t give recommendations lightly, but I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Grayson Ott and Auto Doctor Diesel & Repair. Grayson is one of those guys who does what he says he’s going to do. He’s knowledgeable, straightforward, fair, and he takes the time to actually figure out what’s wrong instead of just throwing parts at a problem. I’ve been extremely impressed with both Grayson and the way he runs his business. Good communication, quality work, and most importantly, I trust him. That means a lot to me when somebody is working on my vehicles. If you need diesel or automotive repair in the Thomasville area, give Grayson a call. He’s earned my business, and he’s earned my recommendation. Five stars from me!

Great experience with Kyle, a mobile diesel mechanic! He was finishing up another truck when I walked up needing some help putting a strap kit on the U-joint. Kyle was extremely helpful, friendly, and didn’t hesitate to lend a hand. Awesome dude and definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone needing diesel work. Great guy and great service!
