  I visited the store today, and I must say it’s probably the cleanest store I have been in. I was looking for a MAP sensor for my explorer and having trouble finding it. Mario was helping me and then another guy came over. After checking my VIN and doing research I was looking for the wrong part and they both saved me from spending money I didn’t need too. Mario told me the other guy helping was a corporate guy visiting and went above and beyond. Price was higher than online so I have to order it there since I didn’t have the money for the one in store.

  I've only been to this specific location three times within the last month to month and a half, as I'm not from this area, but I came to purchase some supplies to wash my car as well as some fuses and miscellaneous items. I know that the items that I came for weren't that serious that I needed help finding them and choosing which ones I wanted, but the majority of the employees that work at this store were very rude and disrespectful to me every time I went there. They rolled their eyes at me, as well as talked and acted very rude and irritated as if they didn't even want me to complete a purchase with them when I got to the counter. Who would want to purchase anything from anywhere when the employees act this way? I should have been the one to act annoyed. No one greeted me when I was there, despite the fact that there were three or more employees there every time and half of them weren't even busy because there were only two or three other customers there besides me, and no one even had a smile on their face. The only employees who were friendly and knowledgeable was this black gentleman that wears glasses, I unfortunately didn't catch his name, and Mario. I have read reviews for this place after the fact, but I should have read them beforehand. Although, a lot of the reviews are positive, I don't feel the need to be dishonest about my personal experience. I almost went to AutoZone instead of here, and I really wish that I did. I definitely will be going there from now on. Their customer service was way more friendlier and knowledgeable when I've been there in the past, which it won't take much to be better than this store anyway, so I'll take my chances. I will never ever do business at this location again, or any of the other locations

  We had a belt break on our truck while driving up town and decided to go to Advance Auto parts to replace it. The truck was trying to run hot during that one mile trip so we needed to put the new one in in their parking lot. Turns out we didn't have our tools with us like we thought we did so we asked to borrow the tools we needed from the 2 guys inside. They were both really friendly and helpful. One of they guys took it upon himself to help cut the old one off and put the new belt on . They were done in about 30 minutes and got us on our way. I really appreciated the help because it was hot outside and without our tools we were stuck. Thanks guys!!!
