    Have used this place several times in the past. Always helpful and friendly seems to be very busy every time I've been. But that didn't make much difference was in and out great experience.

    This is the worst Enterprise I’ve ever had to deal with. They screwed up the bill with my insurance. And then they charged my credit card 3 months later for $400! Never got an email or anything. Bunch of dummies working here. They’ll just charge your credit card whenever they feel like it. Even after 3 months of paying your “final” bill

    Overall, everything was professional and well-organized. We do want to emphasize the importance of ensuring the vehicles are thoroughly cleaned prior to pickup, as there was sand and shells left in the car, which indicated it had likely been taken to the beach. Aside from that, the entire process was smooth and an easy transition.
