I paid for 12 for gas, well I paid with a card, pilot had my money floating in the air somewhere, I didn't get my gas and I didn't get my money, Today I go into the same pilot, never again, I tried to pay at the pumps I tried twice, but It tells me to go into the store and pay !! I go inside and paid for 10 of gas !! I get into the car, pull up my bank card info and I have no money except 23 dollars on my card ?? Pilot has 500 dollars pending from my account like 250 dollars each time. I call pilot and they said it would be added back. The cash wasn't helpful at all. This ended with the cashier Annie the manager telling it will be added back into my car tomorrow. Because I used this same store again they have messed up my money. I was going to get my lights turned on but pilot has every cent and now I can't get my lights on. Annie the manager was not friendly, she was not helpful. If you like to keep the money you have earned all week DO NOT GO TO THE TEMPLE OR FLYING J, There is a new QT right down the road from these two stores, Go to the QT your crazy if you keep using these pilot stores, they will keep your money and not help you get it back. You've been warned !!
