The customer service was poor they forgot to put oil in my car after an oil change and the price was extremely high 140$ for an oil change to a 2012 dodge charger is ridiculous

I can’t say enough good things about Mavis Tire in Sylvania, GA! My tire’s valve stem had been knocked loose, and by the time I managed to limp into their shop, I only had 10 pounds of air left in my tire. The staff quickly aired it up, and we discovered it wasn’t going to hold air. They didn’t hesitate to jump in and help by quickly changing the tire and putting my spare on. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond when I was in a bind. It’s such a relief to find people who are willing to help when you’re having a stressful day and don’t know what you’re going to do. **A HUGE thank-you to the team at Mavis Tire in Sylvania for taking such good care of me when I needed it most!** Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
