i had a left rear tire leaking with a small nail. another tire store missed and said everything was fine. the people at Mavis went the extra mile to discover the leak and had it repaired quickly. the mgr even had me walk over to so i could the problem myself.
i highly recommend this john’s creek they were honest, fast and provided a great customer service experience.

I would not recommend this Mavis location based on my experience.
I originally came here to have my tires replaced. After the service, my TPMS stopped working properly. I returned to this location multiple times because the warning light kept coming back. Each time, the system was reset, which temporarily cleared the warning, but the problem returned after driving a short distance.
During this process, the store manager changed. Eventually, I was sent to another Mavis location because this store could not resolve the issue.
After continued problems, I finally took my vehicle to a Toyota dealership, where I was told that two TPMS sensors were damaged. I brought Toyota’s diagnosis and invoice back to this Mavis location and asked them to either replace the damaged sensors or reimburse the cost.
Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, I was initially told that they had never replaced the sensors and therefore would not cover it. I had to repeatedly return to the store and push the issue just to get contact information for regional management.
The TPMS sensors were eventually replaced through another Mavis location, and my Toyota diagnostic expense was ultimately reimbursed. However, the entire process took more than two months and required an unreasonable amount of my own time and effort.
Mistakes during automotive service can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. In my experience, this location repeatedly reset the warning instead of identifying the underlying problem, then made it extremely difficult to get the issue properly addressed once Toyota documented the damaged sensors.
I should not have had to visit multiple stores, repeatedly chase management, and spend more than two months resolving a problem that began immediately after having my tires serviced here.
Although I was eventually made financially whole, the way this situation was handled completely destroyed my trust in this location.

They quickly warrantied my battery that I got from them a year and a half ago and changed it out for me when I brought it in as I could not start my escalade. I would definitely use them again as they are friendly and didn't give me any issues and even checked my alternator for free.

I called and booked an appointment to change an O2 sensor. When I called, I clarified the time and what the cost would be. They clarified they did not have a minimum of 1 hour and quoted me $45-65. When I arrived for the appointment, the mechanic was not there and they said come back in an hour. After returning 45 minutes later, then then told me $165 was now the minimum. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to honor the price quoted over the phone and waisted a significant portion of my morning waiting around.
