Apparently they don't know how to rack a car or fix the damage THEY caused because of it. The branch manager Kevin doesn't do his job, regional manager doesn't do his job and their corporate customer service won't do their job. Don't give this company your money. It will cost you time, gas, time off work and stress every single day. FIX KAMRYN'S CAR!!!!

Is it possible to rate this location, 5+ or even six stars? Because I readily would if I could! My recent experience at this location was BEYOND exceptional and I am not exaggerating. I took my car to this location out of desperation because my brakes were very audibly on their last leg legs, and I was sick and tired of hearing the grinding of my rotors. I felt like the brakes sounded so bad it was getting to be unsafe to drive, so they had to be serviced. (Full disclosure, I knew I'd needed a brake job more than two weeks prior. I was just trying to hold off due to economical reasons. But now the loud, nerve jangling grinding was telling me that I would need more than brakes--- rotors were definitely in the picture too, and I knew from past experience that was really gonna hurt. However, again - for safety reasons, I had to just go ahead and bite the bullet.) So searching online for the nearest mechanic, I saw this Mavis location, glanced over the reviews, saw that this location had 4+ stars and thought, "ok...well.. hey let's give it a go." And now I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was simply amazing. A young lady named Erin greeted me warmly when I entered and I put my keys on the counter as I sighed in resignation. "Well Erin," I said, "I need new brakes and rotors on my Honda Fit and I am also overdue for an oil change, so I'll just be over here breathing into a paper bag while your tech checks my car out... don't mind my hyperventilating...I'm just bracing for the impact!" She and another gentleman behind the counter both laughed gently and assured me they would do their best to not only service my car, but help me find a price that worked for my budget. I've then found out that the gentleman next to Erin was actually the manager for that location, and his name was Justin. Shortly after that, the technician that would work on my car came out into the lobby to get my key and introduced himself. He said his name was Race (apologies if I misspelled that). Hearing my nervous joking, he assured me he would do his very best to take great care of me and my ailing car. I seated myself in their lounge to wait, which was immaculate - and that was also reassuring because this location stays busy. I worked on my laptop while the tech evaluated the car and a short amount of time later, Erin had my estimate ready. "Ok," I said semi-seriously as I returned to the counter, "Don't hold back - tell me the diagnosis. Also- Should I sell a kidney ?" She and Justin both laughed good naturedly and were empathetic. I was clear earlier that money was a factor and I was on a very strict budget, but to my utter surprise and delight, they were able to quote me a price that was very reasonable! "Awesome!" I said in genuine, happy surprise. "Let's do this!" Race, the tech, smiled and I think I high fived him. Actually I think I high fived everyone I was so grateful! As I made my way back to my temporary workstation I'd set up in their lobby, I noted the camaraderie that the team shared, and that also was unusual, but great to see. The capstone of my experience was that they replaced the front rotors and brake pads and also did the oil change within roughly an hour's timeframe. Also, one of the techs (and I unfortunately can't remember his name) noticed that I had new wheel covers in the back of my car and they put them on as a complementary service. This whole experience left me delighted, and as I drove away smiling with my little car purring like a cat instead of wheezing and growling angrily like when I'd arrived , I knew I HAD to share this experience. Great service, great location, and great teamwork is a rarity to see these days. But if you want the same kind of stellar service, I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to this location! I know I will return anytime I need service because Justin, Erin, Race, and the rest of the Mavis Peach Peachtree Industrial Team now have a raving fan for life! 😊 Wonderful job!!! Thank you so much, Mavis Peachtree Industrial team for your amazing customer care!!

The Suwanee location has excellent customer service. Rick at the front desk makes an annoying experience pleasant. He knew me by name as soon as I walked through the door despite never meeting before. He kept light conversation and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle while I waited. Overall excellent service.

I would NOT go to this location! I had a 10:30 appointment, I then had people put in front of me in line and to charge 4 tires AFTER it was in back was over 2 hours! The location on State Bridge took under 30 minutes. This is nuts!! They all just wander around in back at snails pace with zero team work. 38 minutes to balance them and another 26 minutes to put them back on the car. UPDATE: Contacted “corporate”, as requested, only for them to ask me what my experience was. My response was did they read the review? After reading it, I was told this would be escalated to management, and if there was anything else they could do? My question back to Mavis corporate is, did this really take a phone call to waste my time for you to pay attention? In the future, I would highly recommend you have a scripted response in place for bad reviews.

Once again stuck with the random nail in the tire thanks to all of the construction in ATL. As always the crew at Mavis knocks it out and I'm down the road again. Update: During the aforementioned flat tire repair the tech didn't use the supplied lug wrench and damaged a lug nut and a wheel stud. My truck is still under warranty and I took it to the dealership for repairs and a replacement lug nut was ordered from Z1. Mavis Tires did agree to the repairs so no problem there. When I returned for reimbursement of repairs the manager(?) did not agree to the repayment of the shipping charge for the lug nut. If Mavis Tires had not damaged the lug nut I would not have needed shipping charges to be added. Thus for a simple shipping charge of $9.99 Mavis has now lost my business that extends back to Kauffman Tires when they built that store around 1996 time frame. Three vehicles in my house. Bye.
