  I don't know about anybody else experience but every time I go here they go beyond and above to give me the right vehicle that fits my reservation I pass three of the Enterprise's rental car places just to come here I live in Lawrenceville I travel all the way to Johns Creek to pick up my car as I would recommend this place just put in a reservation a couple weeks in advance and you will get what you need the staff is super friendly each and every one of them give them a try

  After requesting for a replacement car, the staffs at the office didn’t bother responding and kept me waiting on the line for almost 30 minutes and finally hung up on me. Terrible service.

  The staff including the office manager is friendly but the car they offer is pathetic. Not cleaned properly and has a terrible smell. Also the car had some damage from the pervious incident. Overall they can do better.

  I regularly rent from Enterprise and have generally had good experiences, but unfortunately, I will never rent from this particular location again. I checked in online in advance and had selected my vehicle. My flight arrived late, which caused me to arrive less than an hour later than expected to pick up the rental. When I arrived, I was told that the vehicle I had reserved and checked in for had already been given to another customer even though it was a very specific vehicle. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of customer service or willingness to help resolve the issue. I had already paid for transportation to get to this location, and because they no longer had my vehicle, I then had to pay for additional transportation to a new Enterprise location to obtain another rental. The gentleman assisting me repeatedly told me, “I don’t have to hold a reservation if you are late,” rather than apologizing for giving the vehicle away knowing it was a specific request and they did not have another like it. I understand that delays happen and policies exist, but being less than an hour late due to a delayed flight should not result in this level of inconvenience, additional expense, and dismissive treatment, especially after completing online check-in in advance. I absolutely called customer service and am waiting for a call back. I will continue to use Enterprise because this experience is not representative of the service I have received at other locations, but I will absolutely avoid renting from this location again.
