    Check your windshield and any glass for any micro cracks before renting! Especially new cars. The new cars have manufacturing defects and windshield crack once you drive off. And it’s on you. The interesting part is the cost of replacement of the glass is more than double than normal. Basically if you rented a car and it fell apart when you drive due to manufacturing defects, it’s on the renter per their books! And they don’t respect that you are executive elite for over 15 years. Payment of the bill is another challenge. This place gotten worse in service also after few key guys left (why?), long lines, one poor soul to service the entire facility on Saturdays when more people are needed.

    The best place to rent a car. Staff is excellent invluding Kelly who caught me in a real mess and did her best to get me in a comfortable car! Xavier the manager helped me find a different one when my 84 year old mom had a hard time getting into that one. Very personable and professional. I so enjoyed my experience that I gave up my rental with some reluctance. Thank you for helping me thru my car drama! ❤️
