  The staff including the office manager is friendly but the car they offer is pathetic. Not cleaned properly and has a terrible smell. Also the car had some damage from the pervious incident. Overall they can do better.

  I regularly rent from Enterprise and have generally had good experiences, but unfortunately, I will never rent from this particular location again. I checked in online in advance and had selected my vehicle. My flight arrived late, which caused me to arrive less than an hour later than expected to pick up the rental. When I arrived, I was told that the vehicle I had reserved and checked in for had already been given to another customer even though it was a very specific vehicle. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of customer service or willingness to help resolve the issue. I had already paid for transportation to get to this location, and because they no longer had my vehicle, I then had to pay for additional transportation to a new Enterprise location to obtain another rental. The gentleman assisting me repeatedly told me, “I don’t have to hold a reservation if you are late,” rather than apologizing for giving the vehicle away knowing it was a specific request and they did not have another like it. I understand that delays happen and policies exist, but being less than an hour late due to a delayed flight should not result in this level of inconvenience, additional expense, and dismissive treatment, especially after completing online check-in in advance. I absolutely called customer service and am waiting for a call back. I will continue to use Enterprise because this experience is not representative of the service I have received at other locations, but I will absolutely avoid renting from this location again.

  Easy and simple to rent a vehicle from this location. Very busy staff but friendly and prompt. They got me in and out quickly.

  When I picked up the rental car, I had already purchased insurance online. However, the rental office employee did not provide me with accurate or sufficient information about the insurance coverage, nor did the employee ask me whether I wanted to purchase additional insurance. Instead, I was asked to sign a tablet without being given a clear explanation of what I was signing. I did not realize that additional insurance had been added to my rental agreement until after I returned the vehicle. When I contacted the office manager about this issue, the manager simply stated that I had signed the agreement and therefore avoided taking responsibility for resolving the problem. The employee who handled my rental and allegedly added the insurance without properly explaining it was not at work when I contacted the office, so the matter remains unresolved. I believe I should have been clearly informed about the insurance and given the opportunity to accept or decline it before being charged. Simply obtaining my signature on a tablet without explaining the charges or asking for my consent is not an acceptable way to handle this situation.

  My husband and I often rent cars when going out of town. This particular time we were charged a different amount than what we were quoted. I called and Haley answered. she was very rude and condescending. Her tone was quite sarcastic and I informed her that I would like to speak with the person in charge... she says he will tell you the exact same thing I am telling you and hung up in my face. Now Haley this is a friendly reminder that without customers, you would be unemployed! Please go back , have some training on how to talk to customers. Because this is not nice and you making Enterprise look bad! Like I said, we have been coming here for years! I have called corporate office to report this incident and nobody has responded yet!
