  Extremely disappointing experience. The two employees I encountered were incredibly rude and unprofessional (Khalil N. & the girl with the braids ). Customer service at this location has never been this bad. They consistently seem to have issues with vehicle availability, and what was most disturbing was the noticeable difference in how we were treated compared with lighter-skinned customers. They were shown courtesy and respect, while we were not. The treatment felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. On the other hand, Nate, an area manager at the Sugar Hill location, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He treated us with respect and showed exactly what good customer service should look like. I would not recommend this location at all. Do not go here! If you have another location available, especially Sugar Hill, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

  I was completely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Enterprise. The vehicle I was provided, a Chrysler Pacifica, had an overwhelming odor that smelled as though several dogs had previously been transported in it. There was also visible dog hair throughout the interior, and the overall cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and outside, was unacceptable. I took pictures documenting the vehicle's condition before I even took possession of it. I immediately brought the odor to the branch manager's attention. An attempt was made to "fog" the vehicle to eliminate the smell, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. What made this experience even more frustrating was that there was another Pacifica on the lot, as well as a large SUV that potentially could have been offered as a replacement. Instead, I was expected to leave in the same vehicle despite its condition. This was not a short local rental. We had to drive more than 12 hours from Atlanta to Philadelphia with this extremely unpleasant odor inside the vehicle. The smell remained so bad that when we returned the rental the very next day after arriving in Philadelphia, it was still as there despite us purchasing Febreze on the road trip to help with the disgusting smell. I find it extremely disappointing that a vehicle in this condition was considered acceptable to rent to a customer in the first place, especially when other vehicles appeared to be available. A rental vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready for the next customer before it is ever handed over. This experience fell far below what I expected from Enterprise and significantly impacted what should have been a comfortable long-distance trip. Unfortunately, based on how this situation was handled, this will be my last time renting from Enterprise.

  This is an excellent location!. Great team members. They are friendly and work hard to process rentals quickly. Great communication!

  This location doesn’t compare to airport Enterprise locations. They are always extremely busy, have a long wait to pick up or drop off vehicles, and have limited vehicles available.

  They did not have the car I reserved when I picked up but the staff was able to locate a larger vehicle and let me swap out during the rental period. They were very responsive and professional and made the entire experience very pleasant.
