  Absolutely amazing service! I went in needing a scanner that unfortunately did not work with the car that I had. Upon returning it I notified the person at the counter of the issue and went back outside determined to figure out a solution for my car on my own. Shortly thereafter an employee came outside (I unfortunately forgot to get his name) and offered to use the scanner they have in the back to read the codes for my vehicle. After I explained the very sticky situation I was in with a shady dealer he suggested I take it to a shop across the street that would be able to perform an inspection and help me. This was the most helpful suggestion that had been made all day! I was able to get the inspection and then able to find a resolution to the situation I had found myself in. I cannot express how grateful I am for that employee but he definitely deserves a raise for outstanding customer service!

  Very professional and helpful employees. Even the manager was diligent and if there was any issues due to systems, she resolved it herself. Overall they have been very helpful with many of my purchases and my different returns.
