  We've been booking with the Sugar Hill Enterprise now for 3 years and for the last 3 times we booked there we would book a full size pick up and all 3 times we booked at least 2 weeks ahead of time. this time i booked our reservation over a Month ago. I called about two hours before my reservation to verify we had a truck available and we're being told they don't have one again and know other store has one either. We were leaving in the morning to head to North Carolina but now we don't have what we reserve and know one ever said anything until we called the day of the reservation. I'm Done with this enterprise.

  I had such a great experience with Enterprise, especially thanks to Isaiah! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire rental process so easy from start to finish. After dealing with the stress of an accident and repairs, having someone who was so kind and easy to work with made a huge difference. Isaiah provided excellent customer service and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate him and the entire Enterprise team for making this part of the process completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Isaiah is an amazing Branch Manager! He will do everything he can to help you get back on the road. The only thing I would say is to be patient. There may only be one or two employees answering phones and helping customers, so it can take some time. Overall, Isaiah and his team are doing a great job!

  To sum this review up, she WILL NOT rent out ANY CAR of ANY KIND at ANY TIME, because she won't book a reservation. She claims this Enterprise location has NO CAR AT ANY GIVEN TIME and that other Enterprise locations have plenty. She won't let you come in any day either, because she wants you to call first, which the above conversation will repeat. Basically she won't rent any car. SMH. I wanted to make an appointment for next week to rent a car, but a woman who picked up the phone immediately tried to transfer me to another Enterprise location. When I said no, she immediately said there was absolutely NO car available today. When I said I wasn't looking for one today, but wanted to book for next week, she said she doesn't know if she would get any cars back. She referred me to other Enterprise locations again and won't let me book for any future dates. When I said, so can I come next week then we can go over ANY options you have available? She said NO call her first in the morning on the day I want to rent a car. When I said, can I call the afternoon before my pickup date to confirm? She said NO, because she doesn't know what cars will be returned during time I call the afternoon prior and the morning of the day I need to rent a car. (Although she would know what cars are available at 5:59pm the day before they close and could hold one until they open at 8:00am the next day, I would assume, but she was refusing to do so SMH). So her only options were, DO NOT come in, WILL NOT make a reservation, ALWAYS call the morning of (which doesn't help considering she probably would do the same thing she did today when I called first, claiming that she has no cars any day) and basically GO TO another Enterprise location.

  I waited at a pepboys the Sugar Hill enterprise instructed me to go to to get an oil change so I didn't have to swap out my vehicle. I called right before the oil change, which is what this enterprise location told me to do. And Haley answered and then put me on hold for over 50 minutes, which I have included a picture of. Pep Boys denied the first approval and then resubmitted it. And I continued to wait on hold after contacting the corporate offices who instructed me to call roadside assistance, who also instructed me that the only way to get the approval process sped up was by calling the same branch that kept me on hold for an hour. Generally, Isaiah, and Haley, who I have met both of these people before .. they are extremely nice and very professional. But keeping me on hold for that long is something that I cannot give higher than a one star review. Now, if you can figure out or if enterprise can figure out how to do something about this, I will be happy to change that review based on whatever that is, but I don't have time to wait. It will take an extra hour and a 1/2 after getting the approval, Tthis is ridiculous.
