Came on the Auto Zone in Sugar Hill Ga… I had purchased a battery there about 3 yrs prior and it went bad.. the manager Corinne discussed what she could do for me and replaced the battery at no cost to me because of the warranty that was getting ready to expire in 4 days… Great customer service, she even replaced with a better battery… Highly recommended….

the so called manager declined to sell me a tool saying that I will use it and bring it back he also said not to come back to his store again.i have a commercial account as a used car dealer regular customer at autozone lilburn.and this is how he treat customer the man need to kicked out of job.his name was JY T and I also have a video of him refusing to sell a tool because of his rude and unprofessional behavior

I want to give a huge thank you to the employee who helped my mom when her car suddenly started overheating because a coolant hose had burst. She was able to pull into AutoZone, and instead of just selling her parts, an incredibly kind employee took the time to help temporarily patch the damaged hose with tape and add water to the cooling system so she could safely make it across the street to the repair shop. That small act of kindness turned a very stressful situation into one that felt manageable. She could have easily been stranded, but thanks to the employee's willingness to help and prayers, she made it safely to the garage where her car was repaired. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. It's clear that the employee here genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Thank you for going above and beyond when someone really needed it. We'll always remember your kindness and truly appreciate everything you did.
